Insulation Design for Non-Heated Stairwells of Residences in Severe Cold Zones

Article Preview

Abstract:

With the continuous improvement of energy efficiency standards, the insulation design of stairwells is further strengthened. As some problems exist in insulation design for non-heated stairwells in engineering practices, the author proposes specific requirements on insulation design for non-heated stairwells of residences in severe cold zones by choosing reasonable insulation materials and construction methods to meet the requirements of stair width.
