Abstract: China is the largest antibiotic producer, producing a large amount of antibiotic bacterial residues classified to hazard wastes in 2008. It is urgent to find suitable techniques to dispose antibiotic bacterial residues for pharmaceutical enterprises. In this paper, the characteristics of antibiotic bacterial residues are discussed and the current situation and treatment and disposal techniques are summarized, including the technology of composting, incineration, feed stuff, landfill and energy regeneration and so on. In the last, the future development trend of dealing with antibiotic bacterial residues is prospected.

Therefore, this paper points to analyze the public participation’s significance and constrains in the process of china’s ecological civilization construction, and put forwards some countermeasure and suggestion for improving public participation in ecological civilization construction.

Abstract: Based on pressure-state-response (PSR) model and relavant references,the the evaluation index system,the evaluation method and the grading criteria of ecological environment effect were established.Using this evaluation system,the influence of Hebei coastal development activities onecological environmental was analysed.The results show that the influence of coastal development on ecological environment in Hebei Province showed the trend of smaller→general→greater from 1984 to 2010 and acceptance degree evolved from the acceptable to unacceptable level.The main reason for this change is reclamation activities,the development of marine industry and population growth.The influence of development activity on ecological environment also show some difference in space,of which Qinhuangdao is smaller,followed by Cangzhou and Tangshan is greater.Moreover,the influence on ecological environment of Cangzhou and Tangshan reaches unacceptable level and need to further strengthen the restoration and protection of ecological environment.

Abstract: The optimization approach is common approach to solve complex PSI issues. Most researches on the optimization approach focus on the solution method of the optimization model and improving modeling efficiency. In this paper, we give our effort on the influence of estimated pollution range on the groundwater PSI problem and discuss the efficiency and accuracy of 1D and 2D PSI problems. The estimated pollution range of PSI problem could affect how much calculated time would be consumed. The bigger the estimated range is, the more time is consumed. Increasing the dimension of the PSI problem will increase the estimated range greatly, and leads to a great time consuming. A slight movement of the estimated source in the direction perpendicular to the major migrate direction leads to big bias between the calculated source location and the real location. The chance that optimization model falls into the local optimum location is growing in the major migration direction.

Abstract: AOD slag samples from steel works of Outokumpu Stainless Company were used to study F-dissolution relating to treatments for volume stabilization. Results from the slag tests and sample characterizations indicate that the slag re-melting with or without reduction and granulation with either water or gas have rather small effects on F leaching, as well as formation of different C2S polymorphs. The chemical composition and cooling condition are the two important parameters to control F leaching from slag samples. These two parameters should be combined together in an optimum way by the steel industry to treat slags for F-immobilization.

Abstract: The anaerobic fermentation characteristic of rice straw pretreated by HCl was studied. The results showed that the test pH values of different pretreatment conditions mainly range from 5.09 to 7.52. The peak value of biogas production was attained of 2% HCl pretreatment on the 20th day, which is 1 180 mL. The test daily methane content of different pretreatment conditions mainly ranges from 3.2% to 58.1%. However, the cumulative biogas production by using HCl pretreatment of rice straw during anaerobic fermentation is poor.

Abstract: Sample polluted soil surrounding Shougang as object, TG, thermal analysis of raw soil and cement raw meal experiments were made, the results show that: the polluted soil contains a variety of PAHs of organic pollutants, the total concentration of PAHs is about 156.39ppm. PAHs contaminated soil can be divided into three stages of weight loss at 850°C: water losing stages, organic matter decomposition stages and inorganic carbonate decomposition stages. With the increase in heating temperature, removal rate of total PAHs in raw soil is high. Using polluted soil as cement siliceous raw material, except naphthalene, acenaphthene, two hydrogen acenaphthene and anthracene, other organic compounds of PAHs have residues at 300°Cand small amounts of phenanthrene have residue at 600°C, means cement raw material has certain adsorption of PAHs pollutants. Therefore, when co processing PAHs polluted soil into the cement kiln, considering should be focused the content of pollutants in flue gas volatilization and C2 raw mill especially.

Abstract: The environmental quality of sediment is very essential aspect of marine environment. In this paper, three indexes of sediment named that petroleum, Pb and Zn are selected for analyzing the trend and evaluating the environmental quality in the Caofeidian marine district, Tangshan Bay. With the six years’ field data, the research results show that the sediment quality is good and marine exploitation has certain influence on the sediment.

Abstract: Weihe is the largest river in Shaanxi province. The comprehensive evaluation of the monitoring datas in 2012 in Weihe Tongguan drawbridge section was presented in this paper by using the FCE method. The results showed that the water quality pollution levels in this section are Class V, I, IV and V respectively in the four quarters which are spring, summer, autumn and winter, the main pollutant is NH3-N. Compared with the traditional method of single factor assessment, this method can reflect the water quality more comprehensively and reasonably.
