Abstract: An actual office building with ventilated double-skin facade (VDSF) in cold region has been studied for researching the opening or closing performance of VDSF on the airflow window in winter. In the daytime of winter, airflow window of external facade should be closed, and airflow window of internal facade should be open, according to which the indoor temperature can be kept at a comfortable level effectively, and the purpose of reducing the indoor thermal load and the building energy consumption of air conditioning can be reached. The research also provides the best time of the airflow window of internal facade to open and close. If one directly applies the analysis of experimental results to guide the construction of VDSF and other energy-saving design of buildings, it can provide a reliable reference for similar projects.

Abstract: China has the biggest building construction market in the world today and it is growing at an explosive rate. At present, more than 85% of China's newly constructed buildings and more than 95% of the existing buildings are high energy consumption buildings. 1 Green building is undoubtedly a great emerging market for the Chinese building industry, green and clean technology and products are becoming rapidly growing market in China. Both the new green building construction and existing building’s energy retrofit market will significantly grow in future. This paper discusses features of the green building development in China with respect to various aspects of the green building development situations, green building rating systems and its features so as to make further improvements. The discussion was refined based on literature reviews, requests for information from certification system owners, and interviews with certification system users and members of the industry advisory group.

Abstract: This paper in view of the northern city produce large amounts of carbon dioxide in winter for heating and cause increasingly serious air pollution when burns coal, puts forward supply theory of combined heat and power (CHP) systems to provide housing and shops daily hot water supply, electricity, heating, cooling energy and designed a validation to test process and verify the formula of Combined Heat and Power systems , traditional heating system and air conditioning system in carbon dioxide discharge. Demonstrate the theory basis and validation method for using new type of heating mode when heating season in north.

Abstract: A multi-criteria decision-making model is put forward here in, which makes up the deficiency of the traditional methods, those are not applicable to the feasibility study concerned, for environment evaluation of buildings on the basis of the decision-making made on the results from the evaluations of the relevant alternative plans in the aspects of economy, society, environment and human being, and then help to select the plan of the green building developments as well.

Abstract: The survey shows that there are mainly three methods of agricultural residues disposal in the Xinyi region. About 6.79×105 t of agricultural residues have been generated during the summer and autumn harvest in Xinyi in 2013, and 62% of them were burned in the field, 14.8% were thrown into cannels and rivers, and 20.7% were shredded and incorporated into soil. The burning of agricultural residues results in negative externalities by bringing large amounts of pollutant emissions. In order to reduce agricultural residues burning on the farmland and encourage the incorporation of crop residues into fields, the local government should give more subsidies to make the use of shredding machine free or at least cheap enough to be accepted by farmers in the future.

Abstract: On the basis of statistic analysis of the green ecological innovation and mine construction at home and abroad, considering characteristics of mining enterprise, the paper chooses eleven influencing factors of green ecological mine construction, establishes the system structural model to analyze the relational structure of these factors by applying ISM model, and then finds out the direct factors, important internal factors, key factors, crucial external driving factors, and basic factors of the green ecological mine construction from the complicated factors and factor chain, which can help understanding the main factors as well as the relationships and mechanism among all factors. The paper can provide theoretical direction for the green ecological mine construction.

Abstract: The carbonation characteristics of Ca-based CO2 absorbent hydrated by water were investigated as part of a multi-cycle performance study, and the change of the microstructure, pore radius and specific surface area of the absorbent with the number of cycles was researched. The results show that, conversion of sorbent hydrated by water is enhanced to 85% after 10 cycle, significantly higher than the 20% achieved by dry limestone cycle. Because the specific surface area is greatly enhanced, as well as the distributions of pore radius is improved in the hydration process, which develop an effective way to retain the fine qualities of Ca-based CO2 sorbents in a repetitive calcination-carbonation process.

Abstract: The analytic hierarchy process is a comprehensive evaluation method, which is a combination of qualitative analysis method and quantitative analysis method, it can simplify the complex problems; this article mainly introduces the features and specific algorithm,carry out a comprehensive evaluation concerning about analysis of problems of on line monitoring about liaohe rive basin water pollution source through layers analyzing method, and compare the rankings to provide thinking for the improvement and optimization of the on line monitoring about liaohe rive basin water pollution source.

Abstract: This paper established a evaluation model of construction methods aiming at the key indexes including energy consumption, carbon emission and cost. The model disassembles the energy consumption and carbon emission into four parts, i.e. labor, material, transportation, and manufacture construction. The corresponding module calculation method is proposed. A calculation example is presented. It is about a comparison among five typical foundation treatments. With this evaluation model, the performance ranking is yielded, which is cement-flyash-gravle pile, vibroflotation, high-pressure jet grouting, cement deep mixing, sand-gravle pile.

Abstract: This paper is based on development platform of Supermap IS.NET to discuss the overall structure, topological structure, function and database design and other aspects of eco-environment comprehensive management platform in Shandong Province according to some characteristics of eco-environment multi-elements composite system .for example ,when it comes to a wide range of massive information having strong temporal and spatial variation ,we need to make attention to summarize the issues in the process of design . System predicts and judges the trend of eco-environmental development by establishing ecological monitoring information database, integrating observational data, analyzing data at laboratory and industrial management, storing background value of eco-environmental conditions, which provides reference for eco-environment al monitoring and evaluation.
