Abstract: The article first analyzed the residential space changes in the last 50 years in Guangzhou, and combined with housing prices, social classes, population density on the spatial distribution, the result shows that residential differentiation (RD) has formed in Guangzhou. Then analyzed the causes of RD, it include public service facilities, traffic system, city environment and land use policy. RD brought some negative effects, in response to sustainable development, draw up some strategies about development control policy, urban planning and architectural design.

Abstract: In over decades, the architectural evaluation system is playing an more important role in the building energy-saving after the implementation and modification of all evaluation systems. Most of current green architectural evaluation systems remain in the level of single building evaluation, so a set of comprehensive and effective green architectural evaluation system is needed. This paper has analyzed the domestic and oversea evaluation systems of the Green Residence, considering regional characteristics, and examined the indicators of the Hot-summer and Warm-winter Region Evaluation System for providing a reference to the development of Chinese regional residence evaluation system. Some suggestions for the development of Chinese green residential evaluation system are provided through analyzing advantages and disadvantages of evaluation systems in guiding the construction of ecological residential.

Abstract: This article takes rurals in Hadaqi Region in Heilongjiang province as research object. By collecting and processing data, we can analyze the type of transformation and application of rural settlements development on the type appeared in its development, in order to provide some reference for development of rural settlements in Heilongjiang province in the future.

Abstract: Human activities must not develop spontaneously being driven by its own internal logics and they should be regulated in a certain manner since they appear to be a limited aggregate of material and natural conditions. The prominent mathematician and physicist N.N. Moiseyev believed that «coevolution of human society and biosphere – within the common meaning of this word combination, - is practically a synonym of the term noosphere introduced by V. I. Vernadsky, E. Le Roy» [1, p.142.] It is highlighted in the Copenhagen Declaration (7 December, 2009) of the International Union of Architects that ‘the concept of the project sustainability” accepts all the architectural and city planning objects as a part of a complex interactive system related to its natural environment» [2]. Therefore sustainable urban development depends directly on city planning activities. Capital construction must be in harmony with consequent formation of noosphere with due regard to socially viable management of natural and anthropologic processes and relations development. A number of scientific criteria are suggested to secure socially significant capital construction management on the grounds of the theory of the noosphere genesis.

Abstract: This study has improved traditional ‘requisition first compensation later’ theory and ‘compensation first requisition later’ theory, and proposed dynamic requisition-compensation balance theory. Mathematical model of mining-under village relocation is established, and the particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm is used to optimize the stage relocation planning of dynamic requisition-compensation balance theory. The result shows that, this new theory can effectively solve land using problems such as land requisition difficulty and land compensation difficulty, reduce the human-land conflict, ensure execute relocation smoothly, promote reclamation project implementation, and can guarantee a certain amount of arable land surplus; The PSO algorithm can maximize both the surplus land area and the per capita building land area of farmer with high accuracy.

Abstract: The term "sustainable development" appeared not so long ago. The growing concentration of industrial enterprises situated on urban areas, the uncontrolled increase in the scale of development, reduction the share of the recreational areas, replacing the areas of industrial purpose and new lines of transport and engineering service lines, has led to imbalance of technogenic and natural environment. The larger and more comfortable become the city, the more resources they need and the higher risk the natural of irreparable harm for the environment. This problem is connected, firstly, with the concentration of large numbers of people in one place, secondly, to human psychology, and ethics. It is hard to realize that the consumption of resources may be limited and you should think about the needs of future generations. In contrast to this tendency the idea about the need to rethink the traditional principles of urban development and forming the new basic principles of urban development, was put forward. It called the concept of sustainable development. This concept is based on a combination of economic, social and environmental criteria, which take into account the interests of future generations.

Abstract: Energy service industry (ESI) has grown quickly recent year in China. A main and important role in ESI is Energy Service Company (ESCO) which engages in reducing energy consumption through retrofitting the existing facilities. This survey focuses on the development of energy service industry in Zhejiang involving opportunities and barriers of the growth of ESCO. The results show that generating a third-party finanicing network, building more perfect policies and regulations and raising credit awareness are significant factors for healthy development of ESI.

Abstract: A set of evaluation index system including 13 indexes of low-carbon city development level was established based on the driving forces-pressure-state-impact-response model. The development level of low-carbon economy of 25 cities in Yangtze River Delta was evaluated by factor analysis. The results showed that the development level of low-carbon economy in Shanghai was the highest, and the average levels of low-carbon economy of Zhejiang and Jiangsu province were similar. But there is much difference between the north part and the south part in a same province. In Zhejiang province the level of the north part was higher than the south part. Conversely, the level of the north part was lower than the south part in Jiangsu province. Lastly, the adjustment of industrial structure, increasing of the environmental investments and the awareness of low-carton ideas to the public are suggested to promote the development level of low-carbon economy.

Abstract: Brownfields areas are one of the biggest problems of contemporary communities. These are old abandoned structures without adequate use and they cause many social, economical, environmental, medical and urban problems. So, it is possible to say, that brownfields are a very topical issue and its solution is fully in compliance with the principles of sustainable development. It is obvious, that brownfield regeneration and the above problems elimination have a significant positive impact on overall development of former brownfield site and its surroundings. So, a possibility of a forecast of this development based on mathematical model tools offers. Modified Dynamic Model (MDM) is one of these tools. This paper describes the possibilities of locality development modelling in the case of brownfield regeneration in the MDM environment. All these possibilities are shown on a practical example of chosen Czech brownfield for better understanding.
