Abstract: With the continuous improvement of energy efficiency standards, the insulation design of stairwells is further strengthened. As some problems exist in insulation design for non-heated stairwells in engineering practices, the author proposes specific requirements on insulation design for non-heated stairwells of residences in severe cold zones by choosing reasonable insulation materials and construction methods to meet the requirements of stair width.

Abstract: The situation of the traditional house in Chinese rural areas was introduced with analyzing the residential structure, building materials and energy efficiency. According to the characters of different crops growing in countryside, we proposed the idea of using straw bale as the main construction material for load bearing wall in rural house. The tenon jointing and hardening bearing wall and the pre-stressed bearing wall with high density straw bale are designed. The constructional details of straw bale wall are provided also. It provides a new method for the construction of new countryside.

Abstract: The system uses DS18B20 as a temperature sensor to collect temperature data on spot, uses ZigBee as wireless transmission module, and uses C8051F020, a single chip as a processor. The temperature control module issues instructions to achieve real-time control of the indoor temperature so as to control the temperature under established standard. The system can effectively reduce energy consumption.

Abstract: This paper aims to probe into the feasibility and applying strategy of the energy-efficiency optimization of college dormitory lighting system in Chongqing. It takes a college dormitory located in chongqing as an instance, through questionnaire and field investigation, the conclusion indicated that the indoor illumination during the daytime cannot meet the relevant national standards. And over 80 percent of the students are unsatisfied with the indoor lighting. The research on the optimization program of Photoconductive lighting system and energy efficiency lamp system demonstrate these two programs can save 5.7 tons of standard coal per year and 1.67 respectively. Then model the photoconductive lighting system. Finally it takes the Photoconductive lighting system and energy efficiency lighting systems promoted and compared in college dormitory of Chongqing to draw a conclusion that the annual savings of the system are approximately 21.8-22.4 million kwh electricity which equals to 8.72-8.94 one thousand tons of standard coal. This quantity is equivalent to a half of the electricity consumption of Chongqing Dadukou 2012 January-April.

Abstract: According to the current application situation and domestic energy of our current building energy efficiency design analysis software, in view of the current traditional energy-saving design method can't meet the need of practical problems, put forward the BIM (building information modeling) analysis technology and building energy consumption are combined, anew design method for energy saving building. Application of BIM technology to create virtual building model contains all the information architecture, the virtual building model into the building energy analysis software, identification, automatic conversion and analyzing a large number of construction data information includes in the model, which is convenient to get the building energy consumption analysis.

Abstract: Reduction of the costs in the operation of the building, due to energy-saving technologies, is a priority in the construction today. This article discusses some ways to reduce energy consumption of schools in hot climates such as the installation of solar collectors, using of triple-glazed windows and modern insulating materials. These methods of energy reduction are determined by the selected space-planning solutions, constructive features of the structure, financial possibilities and climatic conditions. Considering these above listed characteristics, the school was designed for the class A of energy efficiency.[1-4]

Abstract: Shadow is one of the important issues in building integrated photovoltaics (PV) design stage with which must be faced. If it is not solved well, it would seriously affect the energy yield of the system and the project benefits. This paper, based on Beijing-Shanghai high speed railway Nanjing south station PV demonstration project, gives the visualization analysis of shadows in annual regional shadow as well as the maximum amount of solar radiation. The research and application of optimizing the system efficiency will drive the development of building integrated PV and promote building energy efficiency and emission reduction.

Abstract: The paper analyzes the energy-saving mode in hot summer and cold winter area through simulating and comparing the unique climate conditions and energy-using mode in this region, which are different from the northern heating areas. In hot summer and cold summer areas, the current per unit area value of heating electricity is low in urban residences, but it is based on the low heating temperature value and intermittent heating approach, and the energy consumption grows with the development of economy and the improvement of people's living standard. According to the regional climate characteristics and living mode, the decentralized efficient heating modes based on various pumps should be developed instead of central heating or central heating and cooling system.
