Abstract: In view of fake and shoddy cotton seeds appearing constantly, it damaged the interests of the farmers seriously. Accordingly, this paper proposed a method to solve the cotton quality and safety, which combined the technology of Radio Frequency Identificaiton (RFID) and the Internet. The cotton circulation management model has been constructed, developing the cotton quality traceability system. This will not only can help consumers identify the cotton quality, but also can prevent unqualified cotton into the market so as not to protect the interests of farmers and manufacturers reputation.

Abstract: Defining the concepts of Web2.0 and government portal, applying SWOT analysis, the internal and external conditions to optimize China's government portal are analyzed. Abstract: A common conformance testing is needed before the modules equipped in the vehicle to ensure their design meet the standard requirements and capability to work together. In this paper SGSF-064-1 have been followed and its conformance testing items are described. SGSF-064-1 is the standard which provide communication interface for DC fast charging in Korea. We specially focused on the conformance testing when the vehicle is fully charged. We used TTC-3 language to perform simulation.

Abstract: This paper provides the simulation for a designed vehicle dispatching and routing system for safe and efficient vehicle transportation. The objective of the simulation is to verify the performance of the cooperative dispatching and routing decisions for vehicles within a specific area consisting of streets and several intersections. In addition to computing a specific routing path for the arrival vehicle based on its destination and safety considerations, the proposed scheme provides a detour mechanism under the transportation cost constraint. This paper also points out the existence of hidden conflicting path problems in the dispatching approach and proposes a backtracking approach to solve this problem at the route decision phase so that the travel time can be guaranteed. The simulation results show that the proposed scheme can effectively assign the vehicles with proper routes and without any collisions with good performance.

Abstract: This paper studies synchronization of complex networks with multi-unknown parameters and disturbances via discrete control. Based on Lyapunov stability theorem and the stability analysis of impulse system, adaptive-impulse synchronization criteria for general multi-uncertain complex networks have been established. Finally, a numerical simulation is provided to support the theoretical results.

Abstract: Back propagation (BP) neural network is used to approximate the dynamic character of nonlinear discrete-time system. Considering the unmodeling dynamics of the system, the weights of neural network are updated by using a dead-zone algorithm and a robust adaptive controller based on the BP neural network is proposed. For the situation that jumping change parameters exist, multiple neural networks with multiple weights are built to cover the uncertainty of parameters, and multiple controllers based on these models are set up. At every sample time, a performance index function based on the identification error will be used to choose the optimal model and the corresponding controller. Different kinds of combinations of fixed model and adaptive model will be used for robust multiple models adaptive control (MMAC). The proof of stability and convergence of MMAC are given, and the significant efficacy of the proposed methods is tested by simulation. This paper deals with the problem of delay-dependent stability criterion of delay-difference system with multiple delays of cellular neural networks. Based on quadratic Lyapunov functional approach and free-weighting matrix approach, some linear matrix inequality criteria are found to guarantee delay-dependent asymptotical stability of these systems. And one example illustrates the exactness of the proposed criteria.

Abstract: Several conditions affect the performance of guidance law like target parameters or delayed line of sight rate. A variable navigation ratio is used to enhance the performance of guidance law. In this paper a Genetic Algorithm is used to formulate different forms of variable gains and measure the miss distance. An optimization process is running to find the minimum miss distance. The average values and standard deviation of miss distance for all genetic algorithm individuals are calculated to measure the performance and robustness of guidance law. Two guidance laws are considered proportional navigation (PN) and differential geometry (DG). The simulation results show that the proportional navigation is superior to differential geometry performance in the presence of delayed line of sight rate.

Abstract: Lane departure warning system includes lane identification and lane departure determination. Lane identification is crucial for lane departure warning system. In this paper, A linear mode which can only bring out small distance error and angle error is used to detect lane boundaries. A region of interest (ROI) appropriate is set to reduce nonessential cost of computation. According to the characteristics of lane position, we improve the Hough transform, reduce the detection and tracking transform angle and raise the speed of calculation. Parameter angle form Hough transform is used to lane departure determination, this method does not calibrate the camera and can get the lane departure rate. Experiments show that the system is well to detect and track the lane line and give alarm correctly.
