Development of the Comprehensive Performance Test Equipment of the Electromagnetic Switch on Automobile Starter

Abstract:

Automobile starter electromagnetic switch performance test-bed is used in the pull in test of the electromagnetic switch, release test, the pressure drop test of contact, power cut-off test and stroke test items etc^[1]^. Its mechanical device adopts flexible design, it can adjust the size of many different product; Software system adopts industrial computer as the measurement platform, friendly interface, easy to use, can fully meet the requirements of automotive starter electromagnetic switch for factory test.
