Abstract: We compare the energy efficiency of different cooperative communication schemes in wireless sensor networks. By taking into account the energy consumption of the RF circuitry, we show that the incremental decode and forward (IDF) protocol may be considerably more energy efficient than others because a feedback channel is available. We also find that using cooperative transmission too much is not necessarily to improve system performance.

Abstract: Former information of probability model and inferior individuals was discarded in the research of estimation of distribution algorithm usually, but they may contain useful information. In this paper, the information of former probability is introduced to avoid premature convergence , and the information of inferior individuals is used to filter generated individuals. The algorithm is used to solve knapsack problem and simulated based on the widely used examples, the results demonstrate the effectiveness of proposed method, the utlilzation of former information of probability model and inferior individuals greatly improve the performance of algorithm .

Abstract: After analyzing background value error of the traditional MGM(l,m) model, the paper used the functions with non-homogeneous exponential law to fit the accumulated sequences for every variable, and get the optimal formula of background value of MGM(l,m) model, which was used for establishing the model. And the optimization effect is verified by examples. The result shows that the proposed method can significantly improve the prediction accuracy of the traditional MGM(l,m) model, and the effectiveness of the proposed method is shown.

Abstract: Ultrasonic detection has been widely used in underwater detectoscopes as an important method for underwater detection. Feature extraction of echo signal time-delay and amplitude is the main task of processing underwater ultrasonic signal. Underwater target ultrasonic echo signal is influenced by reverberation and noise from the sea and system itself, reverberation interference of signal background is the main difficulty for target echo detection. So we use denoising algorithm to denoise echo signal. At first this paper denoises the measured weighted background clutter data using wavelet threshold denoising method, then the paper extracts breaking points of echo signal through wavelet transform, at last the paper makes an envelope extraction using Hilbert transform combined with wavelet transform methods, and acquires the feature information of echo signal amplitude.

Abstract: This paper gives a method for fusion of visible and infrared image, which combined non-sampling contourlet and wavelet transform. This method firstly makes contrast enhancements to infrared image. Next, does NSCT decomposition to visible image and enhanced-infrared image, then decomposes the low frequency from above decomposition using wavelet. Thirdly, for high-frequency subband of NSCT decomposition and high or low-frequency subband of wavelet, it uses different fusion rules. Finally, it gets fusion image through refactoring of wavelet and NSCT. Experiments show that the method not only retains texture details belong to visible images, but also highlights targets in infrared images. It has a better fusion effect.

Abstract: this paper mainly introduces a GaAs MMIC Wideband SP8T Switch. Firstly, every possible configuration is contrasted, the theories of basic GaAs switch configurations are mentioned. Secondly, the theories of basic GaAs switch configurations are mentioned. Subsequently, appropriate topology is selected for this SP8T switch. This switch has been realized by 0.5µm GaAs pHEMT process. this switch exhibits high performance: over DC~2.5GHz, insertion loss is lower than 1.27dB; The isolation is lower than 30dB; the ripple variation of insertion loss is less than ±0.1dB; input return loss is lower than 22dB; on state, output return loss is lower than 18dB; off state, over 0.2GHz-2.5GHz, output return loss is lower than 10dB; on and off time are less than 75ns. The layout of the switch with a chip size is 1.11 mm×1.51mm.

Abstract: Rail transportation experimental system is the urgent need of modern railway signal professional teaching equipment in the university. This equipment can deepen students' understanding of theoretical knowledge and improve their ability of practical operation. In this paper, the hardware design of rail power supply circuit in the testing system was completed. Using ICL8038 as a signal generator of the power output board, the design met the functional requirements in practical test.
