Abstract: This paper proposes a structure method integrating Design Structure Matrix (DSM) and Quality Function Development (QFD) to analyze the impact of design modification on Product Development (PD) Projects. Firstly, we build a QFD to represent the relationship between functional requirements and design parameters for quantifying the influence of function modification on design parameters, product and process. And a model of measuring dependency strengths in the function DSM is presented. Secondly, the model deducing a derived DSM matrix from a known DSM is built based on Multi-Domain Matrix (MDM). Finally, the derived process DSM is conducted sequence optimization.

Abstract: In the assessment subsystem of the UAV health system ,the analytic hierarchy process method is used to build up a UAV performance assessment model,and to analyze and determine each factor and subordinate degree affecting UAV system performance or conditions. For the UAV monitoring and inspection data that are quantitative,the data are assessed and scored by the fuzzy AHP method,while for the extent of the data that are non-quantitative,the data will be directly assessed and scored according to the expert system. On the basis of comprehensive analysis and calculation,the scores of safety,durability and serviceability of each section of the UAV can be achieved and the weighted factor method is then used to finalize the grades of the health conditions of the UAV. With all methods mentioned above,the real-time assessment of the health conditions of the UAV is realized and scientific bases of decision-making for maintenance and management of the UAV are thus provided.

Abstract: At present, many domestic industries don’t have perfect operation and maintenance management systems for their IT platform. Most of the daily maintenance work is passive response after the problem occurred rather than discovery in advance, which will bring the potential risks to IT system running smoothly. Therefore it is necessary to monitor and manage the existing IT core equipment, to improve the security and stability of the core production and enhance the satisfaction of business department. In addition, through the establishment of an association between centralized monitoring and process management platform, the system standardizes the operational work, and improves work efficiency.Maintenance management system based on Tivoli[1] is mainly to complete the monitoring and management of the IT infrastructure, used in finance, electric power, chemical and other industries, which includes room infrastructure, storage, networks, systems, databases and middleware. On one hand, the system centralizes event management platform integrates events from various aspects of the IT infrastructure, takes a rich deal and then provides intuitive monitoring for operational management. Moreover it integrates process management platform so as to complete creating work orders, processing and other operations. On the other hand, the system will integrate the monitoring results of existing business into the monitoring interface, and implements IT knowledge sharing.

Abstract: Emphasizing the emergency state of post-earthquake epidemic and delivering sufficient quantities of vaccine to the affected areas in time cast a great significance on prevention and control of epidemic. This paper focuses on optimization problem of anti-epidemic vaccine cold-chain emergency transport processes. In the first place, we construct and optimize transport processes with the help of vaccine cold chain logistics theory. Then we assume WenChuan Earthquake as background, with an example of health and epidemic prevention work of the earthquake-stricken city and the surrounding county of A (X County), and utilize ExtendSim to establish the model. Results show that at the same period, cold chain of optimized ‘Network Parallel’ supplies almost forty times as many as former type of ‘Tandem’ does in delivering vaccine to earthquake-stricken places and that optimized cold chain maintains homeostasis.
