Abstract: First of all, this paper expounds the necessity of designing the system of submit online of graduation design documents, analyzes the problems existing in document management in Zunyi medical university; Secondly, the system of paper submission of the documents was carried on the concrete analysis and design; Finally, by comparing the time cost of the traditional way of documents management of 2012 with the online mode to documents management of 2013, it is concluded that the submission system online can improve the work efficiency and has more advantages.

Abstract: With the advance of information technology and the advent of the Internet era in the 21st century, enterprises worldwide have been developed in the direction of e-business and the Internet economy. After Taiwan joined the World Trade Organization and information technology contributed to the development of the Internet, Taiwan became a highly competitive environment for enterprises. To increase competitiveness, enterprises should promote global management strategies rather than limiting the enterprise to one area. The textile industry in Taiwan can be rejuvenated by using information technology and adopting an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. When such a system is adopted, the business-to-business procedures in the industry are not independent from each other, but form a supply chain management system by integrating upstream and downstream operation procedures to reduce production costs and preparation time, increase profits, and create substantial added value. Everest Textile Co., Ltd, which is a textile manufacturer that receives assistance from the Industrial Development Bureau, Ministry of Economic Affairs, Taiwan, was used in this study as an example. The strategies, mode, and benefits of Everest Textile’s electronization were analyzed. Furthermore, relevant literature was reviewed to propose a textile industry electronization model, which is provided as a reference for other textile manufacturers in Taiwan to facilitate the overall improvement of the industry.

Abstract: Equipment use, management, maintenance and repair of phase take up of the total life cycle of the equipment for the most part, pays special attention to the equipment management, ensure the safe and normal operation of the enterprise management work is a basic work, it keeps the foundation of the enterprise production and operation, affecting all aspects of the enterprise. This paper points the analysis construction site construction machinery equipment management problems and countermeasures. Abstract: Based on the fact that there is little advanced quality management methods applied in heat treatment industry, this paper first analyzes the connotation of lean quality management and then proposes lean quality management model comprising four parts of standards execution with zero defect, process control by quantification, quality assurance by Kanban method and orientation of customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the paper takes the heat treatment branch of N company as an example to study specific application of lean quality management model in heat treatment industry, and the effect shows that the proposed model can improve key quality elements of heat treatment and meanwhile reduce the cost a lot.

Abstract: Forecasting the per capita GDP of minority area is very important for the economic development for a society. This paper is to establish a model for prediction, and this model is based on the exponential smoothing (ES). First of all, the result of exponential smoothing model (ESM) is analyzed, and the accuracy of it is rather low. Then, we modified the exponential smoothing model and use the new model to predict again, with the average error being only 2.88%. The results show that the modified exponential smoothing model (MESM) is effective. The innovation of this paper is that the model is built based on a series of data collected from eight places, while normally a model is built based on data from one place.

Abstract: CPFR is a collaborative supply chain inventory management technique, it is very important for supply chain partners to improve cooperative relationship, reduce inventory, improve the forecasting accuracy and supply chain efficiency. This paper identifies what CPFR is, explains the CPFR process, cites benefits that have been achieved, identifies obstacles to implementation, and discusses the necessary measures for CPFR to running succesfully.

Abstract: In modern society, traffic jam has already become a major problem which curbs the development of big city. And lane occupation is an important reason why traffic jam happens. After studying on the production condition, time and queue length of traffic jam after lane occupation happens, we propose a model based on famous traffic flow theory and we use related data to verify the rightness of our model. Result shows that our model can predict the development of traffic jam caused by lane occupation

Abstract: People put a lot of efforts studying systems with large amounts of data in the last a few decades. In some situations, people have some history data and want to use them to predict new coming data. People have proposed a lot of different models that can do data prediction. In this paper, we do some empirical comparison on two models, the seasonal model and the exponential smoothing. Both models have strengths and weaknesses. Our experimental results show that, in general, the seasonal model produces better results than the exponential model.

Abstract: For the growing prosperity of the hotel industry,to improve the efficiency of hotel housing management, the paper adopts J2EE platform combine with JBPM workflow technology as a workflow development tools,using the SQL Server 2008 as database to develop hotel housing management system with friendly interface,completely functions and good security.The application of the system reduces the use cost of room management of hotel, improving the room management efficiency of the hotel.
