Abstract: This paper investigates the consensus problem for heterogeneous multi-agent systems in directed graph. The system includes first-order and second-order agents. A linear consensus protocol is proposed for solving such a consensus problem. A sufficient condition for the consensus problem is established by applying graph theory and matrix theory. Finally, a numerical simulation is provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the theoretical result.

Abstract: With the continuous development of computer technology, the technology in designing and developing 3D games has been more and more mature. Compared to the traditional ones, 3D games present more real screen effects and stronger visual impact due to its adopting the concept of stereo space coordinates, increasing the arbitrariness of space operation and its own attraction. By applying media video technology to 3D table tennis games, players can hit the ball with the racket to implement the move of the ball in the game scene. To achieve the ball’s real-time depiction, every frame in the game must be updated. An outstanding 3D game cannot be developed without an excellent 3D game engine. The complex graphic algorithm of the game is encapsulated in modules efficiently while simple and effective SDK interface, powerful editor and matching third-party plug-ins are provided externally. Meanwhile, it possesses the function in network, database and script, etc, making the development of 3D games easier and of high quality. Numerous UI (graphical interfaces) are offered in the whole game to help players understand and learn the game. The game is operated so easily that it can be well played only through click, which simplifies the fussy operation of regular ones and provides players with more enjoyment.

Abstract: Inthis paper, the nonlinear optimal control problem is formulated as amulti-objective mathematical optimization problem. Harmony search (HS)algorithm is one of the new heuristic algorithms. The harmony search(HS) optimization algorithm is introduced forthe first time in solving the optimal power flow(OPF) solution. A case onoptimal power flow problem in the IEEE 30 bus system is presented to show themethodology’s feasibility and efficiency, compared with the existing optimalpower flow problem in power system methods, the search time of the HSoptimization algorithm is shorter and the result is close to the idealsolution, simultaneously.

Abstract: This paper presents a power harmonic analysis system based on virtual instrument. LabVIEW data acquisition module was used to acquire waveform data in this system. Combined with FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) and phase difference correction method, amplitude, phase and frequency information of voltage and current’s every harmonic are obtained successfully. LabVIEW rich controls are employed to complete GUI (Graphical User Interface) design under windows and constructs network through TCP protocol. The realization and simulation of the harmonic detection algorithm are discussed in detail.

Abstract: With the increasingly prominent energy problem, environmental constraints continue to strengthen and the constant attention to the security and stability of the entire power system, Power generation units replacement and benefits distribution urgent need to address, so we construct the power generation replacement and benefit allocation model, which adds the performance constraints of Power generating units, emissions constraints, power consumption constraints and cost constraints on the basement of the traditional power generation optimization model’s limitation. Moreover, this article gives the displacement increase efficiency calculations, benefits allocation model based on the Shapley Value, which will ultimately make contributions to the rational allocation system to increase benefits and the unit generation power initiatives.

Abstract: In Wireless Sensor Network (WSN), unreasonable node clustering algorithm will inevitably lead to premature death, unawareness of regional information. To address problems of traditional LEACH algorithm, An improved LEACH multi-hop routing algorithm based on Energy Distance Threshold (EDT) is presented. It mainly improves from aspects of cluster number, cluster head selection and inter-cluster communication. The improved clustering hierarchy algorithm considers the nodes Energy Distance Threshold as an important factor in selection then chooses the best cluster head within the area. The selection of cluster head is based on re-select manner, which dynamically and effectively select cluster heads by control cluster number and combing with EDT. After cluster head completes local data fusion and processing, it look for adjacent cluster head as next hop closer to base station with larger EDT if the head is far away from station. The next hop repeats above process till the base station is arrived. Such manner of multi-hop among clusters enables communication among clusters and base stations so as to avoid direct communication between head and station. The method reduces energy consumption and also balances energy. Simulation results show the improved LEACH algorithm has higher energy utilizing rate, and it helps prolong network’s lifetime.

Abstract: In the past decades, the requirements of non-invasive, non-radiation in medical imaging diagnosis and treatment is much higher. Diffusion optical tomography (DOT) technology increases more widespread concern. In this paper, a system designed in the frequency domain for diffuse optical tomography (DOT) imaging is described. The experimental platform utilizes 660nm laser modulated to 100MHZ, 16 parallel positions of detection at which a photomultiplier-tube is placed to detect flux of light on the external periphery of the tissue-simulating phantom made by gelatin. The reconstructed image of the absorption and scattering coefficients are obtained by using the Levenberg-Marquardt (L-M) reconstruction algorithm to solve for the optimal fitness between the measurement data and calculated data. This paper puts forward a new method that calculates the flux of area on the external periphery of the model by the forward algorithms to reduce the measurement error, which is caused by the mismatching between the flux of area the photomultiplier detects and the flux of dot the forward algorithms calculate in the traditional method. The experimental result shows that the proposed method can improve the reconstructed image of absorption and scattering coefficients

Abstract: Accurate wind speed prediction is of significance to improve the ability to coordinate operation of a wind farm with a power system and ensure the safety of power grid operation. According to the randomness and volatility of wind speed, it is put forward that a WD_GA_LS_SVM short-term wind speed combination prediction model on basis of Wavelet decomposition (WD), Genetic alogorithms (GA) optimization and Least squares support vector machine (LS_SVM). Short-term wind speed prediction is carried out and compared with the neural network prediction model with use of the measured data of a wind farm. The results of error analysis indicate the combination prediction model selected is of higher prediction accuracy.
