Abstract: In order to improving the product quality of hot rolled plate, the iron scale was removed by high pressure water descaling before hot rolling. The billet temperature dropped when a large amount of high pressure water injected on the billet surface. Establishing reasonably mathematical model of temperature field was very important, because it was related to formulate correctly rolling technology. High pressure water descaling convection heat transfer coefficient was an important parameter in the mathematical model of the temperature field. This paper calculated the high pressure water convection heat transfer coefficient by the method of numerical simulation, and regressed the mathematical model of the high pressure water coefficient of convective heat transfer by nonlinear regression method. The author used this mathematical model for finite element analysis in a steel mill, the results showed that the simulation results agreed with the experimental results, the mathematical model of high pressure water descaling convective heat transfer coefficient was reasonable.

Abstract: Micromouse is a small autonomous electronic-mechanical robot, which is able to navigate through an unknown maze from the start to the destination. The main challenge for micromouse is to work out the maze after searching, find the optimum path for the shortest fast-run time and control the robot to win. Flood-fill algorithm is used in this project to develop a solver which is able to help the robot for finding the ‘best’ route from the starting position to the ‘goal’, maze solving result shows the correctness.

Abstract: During the near-field acoustic holographic reconstruction with sampling GREEN’s function in k space, there will be aliasing which results in the wrapping error for the infinite extension of GREEN’s function in real space. The magnitude of wrapping error lies on the decrement of GREEN’s function in real space. The paper applies a 2-D low-pass filter to remove the hyper space element in order to reduce the wrapping error. The simulation indicates that the method can reduce the wrapping error in the holographic reconstruction efficiently.

Abstract: With the development and exhaustion of resources, the reclamation of secondary resources, especially urban mine, must be on the agenda. The major part of urban mine is waste printed circuit board (WPCB), and the effective processing of WPCB is depend on the disassembly. This article analyze the form of fastening, the method of fusion welding ,the recovery of welding and the disassembly of electronic component in process of disassembly, and point out the direction and tendency of development.

Abstract: Power transmission scheme of a certain 8×8 articulated transport vehicle is introduced and theoretical analysis for autochthonous steering resistance moment is completed.Dynamical modling of wheeled articulated vehicle is built by using the multi-body dynamical simulation software RecurDyn and the curves of resistance moments are measured.After changing position of hinged point and axle base of wheel F、G(B、C),result of measurement is fitted and compared.It is shown that the ideal position of hinged point for steering is s₂ where resistance moment is minimum,which provides references for steering cylinder’s selection and design of whole vehicle.

Abstract: As a result of the limitation of teaching equipment hardware conditions, server configuration and management of the experimental teaching is hard to finish involving multi-homed host and multiple IP subnets network experiment. Aimed at the problem existing in the experimental teaching and the characteristics of the server configuration and management courses use the VMware virtualization technology to build a virtual network to IPSec protocol based on transport pattern between multiple subnets experiment teaching. A real trial of experimental teaching is conducted among the 12-year students majoring in computer network in Zheng zhou Normal University, and the students provide a good feedback.

Abstract: Design is a subject with strong application, but the ability of practice is also important on training mode for design talents. “Two Labs and Two Centers” is a comprehensive and systemic practice teaching mode, which build on the foundation based on labs and workrooms, the core based on Exhibition Center and Practice Center, thereby achieving the goal of effectively collaborate the talents training with social demands.
