Abstract: This system combines the actual administrative system , after the actual needs analysis, using the powerful Visual Basic 6.0 development tools and developed as a stand-alone management system. The entire system from the simple , user-friendly, flexible , practical and safety requirements , the management system has the following features: input, modify employees' basic information , query, delete module , employee leave of information input, modify, query , delete module , entry employee salary information , calculations, queries, and users of the system settings and system maintenance functions.

Abstract: The prognostics and health management system of next generation turbofan aero-engine is researched for better adapting military mission needs. The system canonical structure is designed on the basis of GE company open structure. Additionally, the gas path PHM architecture is especially analyzed, and the key technologies in the system are introduced. It gets the technology ways for the realization of the system development. And the work can provide support for the development of the PHM system from the top course structure view.

Abstract: Risk becomes an increasingly concerned factor in contemporary competitive market. Based on the literature review on the theories of human resources management (HRM) risk and the reasons why they exist, this paper constructs the model of HRM risk, and then conducted an empirical research to analyze the HRM risk in a local software company using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. It finally provides us some practical precautions on the HRM risk. It could be mentioned that this topic has certain practical significance since that the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation simplifies the identification process, reduces the influence of subjective factors, and enhances the scientific and rational factors.

Abstract: In Cybernetics proposed by Liu Guanzhong, it stresses to analyze and study problems from aspect of reason and provides new perspective and theoretical guidance for design. Materials are medium to express and realize products and it can improve accuracy, adaptability and integrity of material selection under Cybernetics theory. This thesis presents the concept and theoretical characters of Cybernetics and mainly stresses selection principal and management method for product materials on the basis of it.

Abstract: In this paper, a Bayesian method for fusing multiple visual cues is proposed for MIS (Minimally Invasive Surgery) workflow segmentation. The proposed technique investigates the characteristics of four basic events in MIS including idle, retraction, cauterisation and suturing. Visual cues related to shape, deformation, changes in light reflection, and other low level image features are fused using a Bayesian framework to achieve a high classification accuracy. Detailed in vivo experiments have been conducted to assess the accuracy and practical value of the technique.

Abstract: nvestigation on 298 seamless underwear consumers using consumer styles inventory (CSI) was carried out to measure the purchase intention of seamless underwear consumers. Eight factor models reflecting seamless underwear consumers shopping decision style, including perfectionist and hi-quality, price and value, novelty and fashion, confusion for over choice, recreational and hedonistic, habitual and brand–loyalty, impulsive and careless, brand-conscious, were proposed on the base of exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. Cluster analysis was employed to divide seamless underwear consumers into four categories, namely fashion-brand type, perfectionism type, value-orientation type, trendy-enjoyment type. This research established a foundation for seamless underwear enterprise in formulating brand marketing strategy efficiently.

Risk Assessment and Countermeasures of Occupational Fraud Conduct in Corporate Construction Projects
Abstract: Risk management has been a part of enterprise engineering construction projects. Since previous studies mostly analyzed in a qualitative way. This paper utilized in a more quantitative way, which merges the use of questionnaires and the use of risk assessment formula for data processing. The results show that the probability and consequences of corporate construction projects in 18 career malpractice risk events fall into four categories: high-risk and high-probability, high-risk and low-probability, low risk and high probability, low risk and low probability. And accordingly it puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.

Abstract: Abstract. This paper focuses on how to establishment of project team highest efficiency in the single project which the relative complexity and human resource with relatively stable attributes exist. An attempt to model team organization in complex constraints was had. In designing this model, there are three steps:(1) the initialization of definition via four models, (2) the definitions of five variables of people, project, project factors, factors’ weights, and people evaluation indexes, and (3) the implementation of the model. Then the algorithm of problem was designed. The first thing is that all variables are evaluated quantitatively and the weights are obtained. That is performed by a table. The solution was acquired in a way of several iterations. It is paid much attention that not only the related factors involved in this algorithm are able to be either extended or cut according to the actual requirement but the method computing the weights is able to be replaced by others for instance the fuzzy evaluation

Abstract: First, elaborates the definition and development of urban and urban agglomerations, urban transport and urban agglomerations transport and analyze the constituent elements of urban transport and urban agglomeration transport, laid the foundation for the research of this article. Secondly, the development of urban transport and urban agglomerations transport requires the effective convergence of urban transport and urban agglomerations transport. Urban transport and urban agglomerations transport mutual influence prompted urban transport and agglomerations transport coordinated development and rational planning. Finally, analyzed the difference of transportation, network layout, site settings between urban transport and urban agglomerations transport. Comparison urban agglomerations traffic and urban transport then draw similarities and differences, to reduce what transportation problems exist in the development of urban transport and urban agglomerations transport.
