Abstract: The regional logistics information platform has enormous external benefits, it is able to integrate logistics resources, reduce logistics costs and promote energy-saving emission reduction. Based on the characteristics of regional logistics information platform, this paper first analyses the mechanism of the external effect of regional logistics information platform and establish a evaluation system, then using principal component analysis method to calculate the comprehensive evaluation index of external effect. According to the research of LOGINK, the comprehensive evaluation index shows that the positive external effect of LOGINK is greater than negative external effect, and the positive external effects are constantly emerging, overall upward trend. The logistics effect is the most significant, environmental effect, social effect and economic effect increases smoothly.

Abstract: This article is on the basis of the classical speed-density model which combines with the complex road traffic flow, to raise a way that using the weighted regression to calibrate speed-density model parameters in mesoscopic traffic simulator. After processing detector data, the densities are taken as the variables; locally weighted regression is used to build a nonparameter relationship for the number of the traffic flow, to calibrate the vehicle speed. The test with a huge amount of factual data shows that the methods proposed in this paper outperforms the common optimal algorithm: simplex method in the vehicles speed estimation precision, and can accurately descript the dynamic change regularity of the road traffic flow.

Abstract: In the face of those cases which multi-type equipments are configured by organizational systems and types for maintenance support, some questions are indicated. For example, the functions of some equipment tools are repetitive and similar. The amount of types is large and so on. Those phenomena are bad to flexibility, support and preserving in army. The fuzzy theory and triangular fuzzy number are used in this paper. Colony benefit is obtained after positive and negative ideal point and grey correlation coefficients are confirmed. The similar maintenance equipment tools are selected further to integrate equipment tool types. The method followed subjective and impersonal illegibility and excerpted indexing system and weight values. It is validated to be feasible and effective.

Abstract: The article presents a novel cluster selection algorithm from the point of the network security. The measure uses Kruskal algorithm to calculate the minimum spanning tree of the topological structure of wireless Ad Hoc networks and builds clustering on it which ensures the cost of communication among cluster nodes that keeps in a relatively low level. The algorithm for the NIDS (network intrusion detection system) of wireless Ad hoc provides a stable and effective support and enhances the survivability of the system. The result of simulation experiment shows that the measure has good performance.

Abstract: A novel nonlinear time series prediction method is proposed in this paper. This prediction method is based on the Multi-dimensional Taylor Network. The structure of the Multi-dimensional Taylor Network is introduced firstly. The Multi-dimensional Taylor Network provides a new method to predict the nonlinear time series. The prediction model based on the Multi-dimensional Taylor Network can realize the prediction of the nonlinear time series just with input-output data without the system mechanism, and it can describe the dynamic characteristics of the system. Finally, the new prediction method is applied in the structural vibration response prediction. Results indicate the validity and the better prediction accuracy of this method.

Abstract: The soft spread spectrum realizes its function through the Cyclic Code Shift Keying (CCSK) which is not distinguished from the direct spread spectrum system (DSSS) in more literature. In this paper, the performance of the soft spread spectrum with the single-tone jamming is analyzed and simulated compared with DS. The conclusion is drawn that the capability of the anti-noise is obvious but declined seriously to the man-made interference.
