Abstract: Because direct switching between controllers will generate abrupt change of control signal causing severe actuators workload, a switching control blending methodology is presented in this paper. By the blending of weighted multi-controllers output signals in which the weight value depends on a single switching parameter, the control signals can be switched smoothly and the closed-loop dynamic acts continuously. In this method, the design of multi-controllers can use any available methods while the closed-loop switching stability is insured by rational division of closed-loop state-space along the switching parameter. The closed-loop switching stability under control blending is presented, and a state-space division algorithm is developed. With the application to the tiltrotor, the simulation results show that the presented control methodology can provide all modes control ability and make control signals switched smoothly.

Abstract: Network control system is a feedback control system of realizing the exchange of information control system in different regional components by using the digital communication. Focusing on the stability and robust control of stochastic network control system, this paper introduces the research history and the newest research trends, and presents many widespread theoretical and applications problems. Moreover, assumptions, main ideas, and conclusions of literature related to stochastic network control system are reviewed and commented.

Abstract: The fixture accuracy is controlled on the three datum planes with fixture or compound body used as design object, with structure of parts and the machine accuracy used as the target required, with cutting tool and the machine datum plane mounted fixture used as viewed body. The assistance datum plane is towards the machine locating planes mounted fixture, and it is parallel to the cutting speed of tools; the assistance datum plane (or line) is perpendicular to the assistance datum plane, and it is passing through center line of tool (or fixture);the assistance datum plane is through the single point of fixture , perpendicular to both two.

Abstract: The application accuracy control system with the three datum planes in machining fixture accuracy design can be used to be integrity for the item, index sign reasonable, to be easily for the criterion design and be advantageous to the computer assistance fixture design.

Abstract: This paper discusses the basic parts of the assembly machine,calculate the relationship between torque and axial force,torque and voltage of the piezoelectric transducer.It also analysis the mechanical structure of mechanical.It introduces the motor’s control method .the successful assembly machine is used to assemble the piezoelectric transducer,the experiment indicates that with the increase of voltage, the resonance frequency increases,the impedance is on the decline,the static capacitance remains unchanged basically.And comparison of the assembled and the first assembly piezoelectric transducer,the latter has better performance.

Abstract: In order to promote development and propose effective method for small electronically controlled engine system, a electronically controlled ignition system was designed in this paper. Freescale MC9S12XEP100 is chosen as MCU, control strategy was defined with MC33812 to pre-drive ignition. At last, 168F engine is adopted as original machine, optimum ignition advance angle was calibrated, related correction paraments and formulas were defined. Bench experiments results shows that power performance, fuel consumption and emission performance are promoted and improved significantly after the designed ignition system was adopted.

Abstract: Acquiring and processing the speed signal of engine is the foundation to control the engine, whose accuracy determines the quality of control by the electronic control system. This paper takes a gear encoder of 12-1 teeth as an example, through acquiring the crankshaft position signal, calculating the engine speed and TDC, develops a set of generic speed calculation program for electronic control engine, and verifies the feasibility of the program through the test.

Abstract: Oxide concentration at reactor inlet is one of the most important factor effecting the quality of ethylene oxide concentration. A control method with adaptive PID of single neuron is propose using the parameter self-learning with adaptive PID controller of single neuron for the oxide flow control system. The simulation results show that this design scheme has a better dynamic performance than traditional PID scheme to verify the feasibility of this method.
