Abstract: According to the low power factor and low running efficiency, a dynamic reactive power compensation method of the super high-power and high-voltage motor is proposed in this paper. The following works have been done in the study: topology of the dynamic reactive power compensation device; principle of the dynamic reactive power compensation method; control system of the dynamic reactive power compensation device; implementation of the dynamic reactive power compensation method. The amount of reactive power compensation can be adjusted smoothly and dynamically in the process of the super high-power and high-voltage motor soft-starting. The research of this paper has laid a theoretical foundation for this compensator in industrial applications. The novel design is characterized by flexible parameter setting, excellent soft starting performance of the super high-power and high-voltage motor and bright prospect in application.

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of low efficiency of recycling energy in the process of regenerative braking for electric vehicle, SVPWM algorithm is applied to the process of energy transformation of regenerative braking in this paper. It is derived and verified that, through using SVPWM, DC voltage fluctuation can be reduced in the process of rectification. The simulation model is built basing on the Volkswagen LAVIDA EV. The simulation experiment was carried out combining with the actual working status of electric vehicle regenerative braking. The simulation experimental results prove that DC voltage fluctuations can be decreased and the efficiency of regenerative braking rectifier can be increased through SVPWM. The following feature of rectifier in the braking condition is good.

Abstract: Pure electric vehicles develop rapidly all over the world. According to building the model of pure electric vehicle in the CRUISE software, first the power supply system parameters are designed and simulated, and then the power performance and feasibility of the model are verified. The design of CPS (composite power supply) which combined UC (ultra capacitor) with Li-B (lithium battery) can extend the life of the Li-B, and protect the Li-B in some way. Under the NEDC operating condition, the simulations of the SPS (single power supply) and the CPS are taken. The result shows that the variation of the Li-B SOC decrease by 8%, compared the CPS system with the SPS system, the comprehensive energy consumption economy is 6.25%.

Abstract: A large number of inductive loads need the reactive power, and the amount of the reactive power compensation is different in a state of work. The traditional static reactive power compensator is difficult to meet the needs of the reactive power compensation for the composite load reactive. Therefore, a dynamic reactive power compensation method of the composite power load is proposed in this paper. The following works have been done in the study: principle of dynamic reactive power compensation control method, topological structure of dynamic reactive power compensation device, and implementation of the dynamic reactive power compensation control method.

Abstract: The medium frequency furnace is a kind of a stable metal smelting device. The passive dynamic harmonic filter is applied for the medium frequency furnace. Its running results show that the filtering efficiency of this filter is different due to the change of the resonance point during its operation. The most serious situation is to increase the harmonic current of the power grid. Therefore, an optimization method of the passive dynamic harmonic filter used for the medium frequency furnace is proposed in this paper. The following works have been done in the study: to describe and analyze the causes of low filtering efficiency of the medium frequency furnace, to design the interlock circuit between the medium frequency furnace and the passive dynamic harmonic filter, to optimize method of running/pausing the passive dynamic harmonic filter. The passive dynamic harmonic filter with the optimized method has been successfully used in the medium frequency furnace. The running results show that the operation of the passive dynamic harmonic filter is normal and the filtering efficiency is greatly improved.

Abstract: This paper discusses the design method of economical and practical HART protocol communication system, and describes the research scheme in detail, according to the hierarchy of the system protocols: the physical layer, data link layer and application layer. This scheme includes the design of ARM embedded controller module, modulation and demodulation module and USB interface module and other components. According to the effect of the final product used in the field bus network, it is proved that the operation is stable, accurate, simple and easy.
