Abstract: As the information weapons large role in information war, the battlefield electromagnetic environment becomes more and more complex, and having a profound impact on operations, in order to make the controller in the complex battlefield electromagnetic environment for the correct decisions, need to evaluate the electromagnetic environment. In this paper , based on the battlefield electromagnetic environment elements are introduced, on the battlefield electromagnetic environment are classified and analyzed the complexity of electromagnetic environmental assessment of general evaluation and complexity of specific evaluation methods, on the battlefield electromagnetic environment assessment has important application value.

Abstract: In order to make emends for the disadvantages of a taxi software, and considering the disadvantages of existing car-sharing system for a taxi, a voice carpool system, which was embedded the voice recognition technology and the wireless transmission technology, was proposed and designed. The recognition module can recognize the voice of drivers and passengers. The data and information in the system are transfered using wireless transmission technology. The ultra-thin LED screen is the core part of the system. In the system, the address saied by drivers or passengers is transformed the voice signal. Then the part of voice recognition for the system change the voice signal to related digital signal and transmit the digital signal to the part of display for the system. Eventualy the address information of passengers is displayed on the electronic screen. So passengers on the street can catch sight of the direction ,which the taxi will go. The system operated steadily, and achieved inputing of the voice carpool information, wireless data transmission and bi-directional display function on the LED creen. It will satisfy and help people to obtain the carpool informations clearly, intuitively and quickly. Meanwhile, it can also help to improve the utilization rate of taxies. So the voice carpool system will be applied certainly and popularly.

Abstract: On the basis of the characteristics of the shock pulse GPR echo signal and by using the principle of clock distribution control parallel data acquisition, we realize the high-speed data acquisition with low-speed parallel ADC device. The system consists of part of the signal input module, signal conditioning module, clock distribution module, data acquisition module and FPGA control module. The design with Simple circuit, level of clarity and good stability. It has practical significance and provides some reference to designers of other high-speed A/D conversion.

Abstract: The density functional theory based on first-principles plane wave ultrasoft pseudopotential method is adopted to study the electronic structure and the optical linear response function of 21R-SiC. The calculated data include the lattice parameter, the energy band structure, the density of states, the electric charge density, the complex dielectric function and the absorption coefficient, theoretically giving the relationship between the electronic structure and the optical properties of 21R-SiC. The dielectric function and the extinction coefficient of 21R-SiC are investigated by using the calculated energy band structure to provide the theoretical basis for the design and application of 21R-SiC photoelectric material. At the same time, the calculating result also provides the possibility for us to accurately monitor and control the growth process of SiC material.

Abstract: With the continuous advancement of processor manufacturing process as well as the exposed limitations of single-core Processors, Multi-Processor System-on-Chip (MPSoC) has become the inevitable outcome of the technological development and practical application needs. It is used to meet the requirements of multitasking, multifunctional and high performance computing. With the improvement of chip complexity, verification module also increases exponentially. Verification of MPSoC is becoming Bottleneck in the process of chip’s design. So this paper first introduces the origin of MPSoC, and analyzes developing tendency of its verification. And then, the theory and main challenges to the formal verification of MPSoC are discussed. This paper will provide support for building the verified theory method and technology that can meet the demand of MPSoC design, and Developing MPSoC high-level architecture design verification technology.

Abstract: Handheld label printer has been widely used in various aspects of production and people’s life. By analyzing system structure and indexes of the printer, the author put forwards corresponding solutions. Firstly, hardware structure of the printer is introduced and functions of each part are briefly described. The software, which is mainly introduced, is composed of four parts: principle computer data transmission, character data processing, ribbon, position switch and label detections, and realization of print out task. With several debugging, label printing of high quality is achieved.

Abstract: In order to solve the presence of security, efficiency and other issues in data transmission, the paper designed a wireless communication module based on wireless transceiver chip nRF24L01 and MSP430F2132 microcontroller which can achieve safe and efficient short-distance data transmission. The module has the advantages of low cost, high stability and low power consumption and has a broad application prospects.

Abstract: For a long time,users electic larceny has been a headache topic of the electric power department.The users long-term electic larceny has brought great economic loss to the power supply department.In recent years,the stealing power means are emerging in an endless stream,and they have been broght mant difficulties to prevent electic larceny.But the road is high one feet evil spirite is high one a unit of lengh, according to the study on electic energy meter,we will understand the electic larceny means at the sours.Therefore, further study of stealing power means is also our current priority,only the better anti-stealing electic power means, can be completely blocked leak.

Abstract: The area within the safe supply 66kV substation south chapter of the party , with a line of 10kV line loss Wulong missing instance , describes this line loss increase was mainly caused by two reasons : first, harmonic wave current in the transformer windings ( or line conductors ) flows generated power loss; second winding ( or line wires ) makes the skin effect resistance below the fundamental harmonic resistance, causing the windings ( or line conductors ) of additional losses increase large. By the principle of induction and measurement of electronic energy meter , demonstration will not produce harmonics electronic energy meter error affected and have some impact on the accuracy of the induction meter , but not serious, can demonstrate the harmonic increase in line losses .
