Abstract: This paper starts from the design of seat frame made of lightweight, structural optimization and forming process to analyze the car seat design of lightweight. The paper analyze new aluminum alloy seat using finite element simulation analysis and are the analysis of the structural optimization design based on the results. On this basis, in order to reduce the weight of the seat frame, built design variables model with components of plate thickness, taking stiffness and the first torsion frequency of seat frame as state variables under different conditions, taking total mass of seat frame lightweight optimization goal to optimize its parameters of size structure. The seat frame not only meets the strength requirements, but also improves the utilization rate of materials, compared with the original structure; the quality is reduced by 9.6% and get better lightweight.

Abstract: This document mainly focuses on the design and implementation of the space robots mission simulation system. Its overall design and achievement are put forward, some especial simulation factors are imported and integrated, such as the dynamics model, constraint model, environment model and other external disturbance. Being testified, the simulation system is capable of working out the problems, such as simulating the process of space mission, verifying the ability of in-orbit mission, evaluating the feasibility of key technologies. The total scheme provides a suit of effective method for the analysis and validation of space robot mission.

Abstract: In fluid numerical simulation calculation, FLUENT is one of the most commonly used engineering software. By the way of pressure velocity coupling, FLUENT can solve the flow field, and use the finite volume method to speed up the convergence. In order to improve the calculation accuracy, FLUENT is divided into single precision and double precision to meet the need of practical engineering. In this paper, by using FLUENT numerical simulation software, combined with UDF programming, we analyze the temperature and smoke distribution when large building fire occurs. The GAMBIT software is used for the numerical modeling, and we use Tecplot software to carry out the post processing of results. Through numerical simulation, the fire temperature value reaches 1050K without wind, while with wind the temperature is 1030K, , which is consistent with the actual situation. In the absence of ventilation condition, concentration is 0.0112; under the condition of ventilation concentration is 0.0052, which is consistent with the actual situation. Therefore in the building fire safety, the first thing to consider is ventilation, which can reduce the fire temperature and concentration and security personnel safe evacuation.

Abstract: Through the ship flow field of centrifugal pump that can be numerical simulation of three-dimensional turbulent, the paper reveals the pump flow pressure and velocity distribution. It also introduces the function of hardware and module testing system, according to the centrifugal pump performance test data, to achieve the minimum two multiplication curve fitting module using VC programming, curve fitting for the transformed data, the results show that the system is running stable, and convenient operation in the test process, simple maintenance and high reliability.

Abstract: In recent years, the high-strength steel has been widely used in the automotive industry. As the high-strength steel sheet is prone to producing forming defects and serious springback problem in the stamping forming process, the finite element technique is used to simulate the value of stamping forming and springback process, so as to improve the stamping parameters and mold design according to the simulation results to achieve effective control of the springback value and efficiently improve the manufacturing precision of covering parts.

Abstract: Based on NC machining principle of hypoid gears and NC machining with high efficiency quality, This paper discusses the feasibility of the hypoid gear processing, establishes the mathematical model of face gear wheel hypoid milling machining adjustment, that will be take the basic data into vertical machining center machine tool. Through analyze the principle of the oscillating tooth face gear transmission, and compared the structure differences between face gear and bevel gear, and the realization processing method of face gear is discussed by improving the bevel gear shaper.

Abstract: Independent dedicated ventilation system is an advanced air conditioning system developed in last few years. There is little research on the design of the system at present. This paper establishes control equation of flow and temperature field based on the energy transmission theory and simulates heat pipe independent dedicated ventilation system using special flow field numerical simulation software. In pretreatment process of FLUENT, this paper uses unstructured six prisms and parallelepiped grid and encrypts grid which makes the result of calculation is more accurate. The simulation uses residual of 10-5 high precision to calculate, and obtains the residual convergence curve. Curve analysis shows that the calculation is very reliable and stable. In post-treatment process, it uses FLUENT results processing module, obtains the temperature flow pattern of heat exchanger independent dedicated ventilation system. We take one of the root canal for analysis. The result shows that the temperature in both sides of the tube is higher, and the temperature through the tube and close to the wall part is lower. It is coincide with the actual working condition of tube ventilation and heat dissipation outside the pipe. This result proves the accuracy of the numerical simulation and provides the reliable theory basis for the design of heat pipe heat exchanger independent dedicated ventilation system.

Abstract: Based on a brief review of the developing history of vehicle handling inverse dynamics. Using radial basis function neural networks, completely considered the cornering force of tyres, the nonlinear mapping relation between lateral angular velocity and steering angle input is found. The identification results of step steering angle input show the feasibility of the approach and its advantage in accuracy, convergence and stability.

Abstract: This paper establishes a finite element model to analyze the effect of different loading modes and technical parameters on quality of profile bending molding. This paper firstly gives a short introduction of the technique, basic principles and loading modes of profile stretch molding. The process of aluminum stretch molding and the snapping back phenomenon are then simulated by the finite element model. The effect of different loading modes and technical parameters on quality of profile bending molding is also analyzed. Simulations results indicate that different loading modes and technical parameters have significant influence on the quality of the profile bending molding.

Abstract: This paper has introduced the clustering algorithm into the model of urban tourism destination consumption structure, and has used MATLAB programming algorithm to improve the calculation model of consumption structure for tourism destination, which has obtained the spatial data model of the consumption structure. The model roundly considers the influence of geographical location, cultural factors, political factors and economic factors, and it establishes new clustering algorithm model with four coefficients, and has realized the algorithm by the use of MATLAB programming. Finally, the consumption structure of the same destination in different provinces is calculated by using the spatial system model, which has obtained the calculation curve of consumption space structure and the clustering results, and has provided technical reference for the research on consumption of urban tourism destination.
