Abstract: University basketball teaching is in need of feasible plans to cultivate compound talents to meet the social needs. The public basketball teaching design has also been constantly innovated to train university students into compound talents to satisfy the demand of today's society. Based on investigation and study on the basic situation of ordinary university basketball teaching, and combined with rich teaching experience, it proposes to innovate the old teaching mode of ordinary university public basketball class, and to construct the a mode that can satisfy the social needs. By doing so, it will improve the teaching quality and in turn make positive contribution to university basketball teaching.

Abstract: In the development of socialist modernization today, the social gap between rich and poor is still very large. Poor university students account for a quite large proportion in university students' whole groups. How to ensure poor university students' rights and interests is very important. From the analysis of poor university students’ all aspects of rights, this paper compared the difference of two countries’ protecting the rights of poor university students by analysis of grey theory and anonymous questionnaire survey. It analyzes the reasons of difference and explores the basic methods of educating poor students, establishing and perfecting contemporary university students' education system, so as to help poor students gain legal safeguard of rights and interests and lay a solid foundation for the construction of a harmonious campus and a harmonious society.

Abstract: Along with the continuous deepen reform of education, now the college education has received widespread attention from the social. Most of the literature focuses on college curriculum, class analysis, the article from a different perspective, based on multi-value theory, analysed teachers' teaching characteristic and condition under the multi-value, and combined into the actual university research, by combining theory and practice. Regard university classroom teaching as the analysis object, and combined with the multiple value theory in teaching research, constructs the teachers' teaching model under multi-value characteristics, combining to the analytic hierarchy process to analyze data, to better guide the ceaseless aggrandizement of plural value consciousness, change and strengthen from various factors, enrich teaching methods, so as to stimulate students' interest in learning, improve teaching efficiency.

Abstract: This paper take university students as the investigation group on the selection of basketball elective course, and randomly selected two classes as the contrast experimental teaching, at the same time using t test to do statistical analysis of two experiment class on the before and after final test results. The results show the competition teaching method helps improve students' interest in elective course of basketball, but also conducive to cultivating students creative thinking, but also strengthen teamwork between students. This method can not only effectively create a good teaching atmosphere, to maximize the teaching effect of university basketball elective course, but also the optimization of teaching quality, improve the teaching efficiency of university sports teaching, while contribute to the comprehensive development of students, improve the physical quality.

Abstract: Innovation ability is the inevitable requirement of social development. Innovation education is the foundation of cultivating talents and the need of using talents, and it is inevitable in the development of the times. Through the new teaching demand of ideological and political education in universitys, the author used his own rich experience of teaching practice of ideological and political education to explore innovation mechanism of university ideological and political education teaching method in practice, breaking through the old mode of ideological and political education and constructing the innovation mechanism of university ideological and political education pattern. It greatly promoted the ideological and political education to university students as the main body in the mode of development and effectively guided university ideological and political education work.

Abstract: At 8:02 of April 20, 2013, a strong earthquake of magnitude 7.0 occurred in Lushan County, Ya’an, Sichuan, sp that a large area of houses collapsed, and a great loss of people's lives and property was caused. The timeliness and effectiveness of the post-earthquake relief were directly related to saving lives and properties, while the scientific allocation of emergency supplies is a key element in the post-earthquake relief.

Abstract: This paper gives the basic methods for the analysis of the seismic response of viaduct based on elastic-plastic response spectrum method, and established indicators correspond with the method of strength, deformation, basic displacement and other performance. Practical example shows that the elastic-plastic response spectrum analysis response can be careful examining structure of each target in strong earthquake action value, and compare with the nonlinear time-history analysis, the method is concise, efficient, stable, and has the statistical significance of spectrum analysis, that can be used as a city track traffic high bridge and practical method.

Abstract: There is interaction between urban spatial layout and traffic demands. On one hand, urban spatial layout and land utilization is the source of traffic demands. The scale of traffic demands depends on location, population and post of urban space and land utilization. On the other hand, traffic demand has indirect effect on urban space and land utilization, for example, the increase of traffic demand requests improving and constructing the infrastructures of transportation systems, which makes transportation accessibility of land utilization increase and promotes the improvement of land utilization value. And it makes the basic properties of land change. The paper takes Shanghai as an example, and establishes the integration model of urban spatial layout and traffic demand in Shanghai which includes two modules, land model and traffic demand model.

Abstract: Cultivating and developing strategic emerging industries is very important for promoting the rapid transformation of economic development mode, and adjusting and optimizing the economic structure. Financial support plays the role of guidance and support in the development process of strategic emerging industries. Based on the measurement results for financial support of strategic emerging industries in Guangdong, the paper constructs Tobit model analyzing factors which influence efficiency. The empirical results indicate that the reason why the average value of comprehensive efficiency of financial support for strategic emerging industries in Guangdong is lower scale efficiency. Financial subsidy, tax preference and government procurement is good for improving the efficiency of financial support, and financial subsidy has the most evident effect. Therefore, we should use the means of marketization operation to improve the availability efficiency of financial fund, realize recycle of financial funds, and takes different financial support measures in different development stages of strategic emerging industries.

Abstract: We address the performance of traffic rule associated with the traffic flow and the safety. We consider several models in hopes of evaluating the performance of different traffic rules. We improve the cellular automata NaSchmodel through adding some basic rules such as overtaking and collision, We quantity several uncertainties during driving, such as the distance between ehicles estimated by drivers. Our simulation can be applied to other traffic rules with a simple change of parameters.
