Abstract: This paper proposed an efficient electronic seal system based on Near Field Communication (NFC), which utilized by NFC mobile phone, RSA encryption, authentication and anti-counterfeiting validation. The system has the advantages of high security and low cost. In addition, the whole process of logistics could be supervised without special equipment. These lay a solid foundation for “release through” supervision of agricultural products supplied to Hong Kong.

Abstract: With the development of DSP technology and improvement of computer hardware performance, software radio technology has been widely applied in the area of satellite communication. Digital carrier monitoring system is a new type of satellite communication spectrum monitoring system. It is based on software radio technology and is networked design, having realized functions of spectrum remote monitoring and networked virtual instrument. This article analyzed functions and working principals of this system, and summarized its application in earth station.

Abstract: It has a wide range of applications in the field of domestic, meanwhile Laser Ranging has great competitive power comparing with microwave and other medium for distance measurement. At the same time, high range of frequency, data collection and processing pressure are then increased. In this paper, it puts forward a kind of Laser Ranging Controlling System based on Virtual Instrument. Using self-controlling infrared high repetition frequency laser as sending and receiving unit of the system to improve the accurate collimation and anti-noise capacity, march the alternate orientation gate .Taking usage of FPGA board as the core cell to handle large amounts of data collection in high speed. Choosing Labview Programming environment to proceed signal feature extraction, gating and storage efficiently.

Abstract: Software-defined radio (SDR) is a kind of radio communication system which attempts to place much or most of the complex signal handling involved in receivers and transmitters into the digital style. As wireless technologies become ubiquitous, SDR are gaining popularity. In this work, we introduce the SDR platform USRP with emphasizes on hardware components, signal processing procedure and the supporting software. A radio spectrum monitoring system based on USRP and LabVIEW is designed and implemented, and web publishing of the real time spectrum is realized.

Abstract: Structural damage identification is a hot research topic in the field of building structural health monitoring, according to the problem of building structural damage is difficult to accurately identify, conducting the research of the abnormal monitoring data. In the summary and the research on the basis of the current domestic construction structure damage identification theory, this paper proposes a combined with finite element method based on displacement measurement data of structural damage identification methods, verified by the structure model building in PKPM finite element software, the method has higher recognition accuracy and operability and effectiveness.

Abstract: Fractal analysis of plant spatial patterns has been used to characterize the regressive ecological succession. The fractal dimension is used as a variable to help in charactering specific patterns in different kind of trees. A computational program was developed to process, analyze and extract the features of images of tree branch structure. Results are presented from four experiments to determine plant species from the color image of tree branch growth.

Abstract: This article presents the application and comparison of two techniques for intelligent computing to perform the analysis of the structural integrity of an aircraft structure. In this context, a ARTMAP-Fuzzy neural network and immunological negative selection algorithm are used in the identification and characterization of structural failure. The main application of these methodologies is to assist in the inspection of aircraft structures aiming at detecting and characterize flaws and decision making. To evaluate the methodology was performed modeling and simulation of signals from a numerical model using an aluminum beam. We performed a comparative analysis of methodologies, proving the efficiency of intelligent methods in the analysis of structural integrity. The results obtained by the method show efficiency, robustness and accuracy. Abstract: According to the characteristics of domain knowledge,a method for the determination of domain sememe is given,and a rule for the description of the domain semantic item is also given.Then,the method and the rule are applied to the failure domain.The model of semantic force is given in the process of semantic retrieval ,and the method for the calculation of semantic force is given.The method for the generation of the theme of failure mode is given.A retrieval method for failure mode based on semantic is given,and there is an example to prove its effectiveness.

Abstract: In this paper, Discrete Hopfield Neural Network (DHNN) is adopted to realize handwritten characters recognition. First, learning samples are preprocessed including binarization, normalization and interpolation. Then pixel features are extracted and used to establish DHNN. The handwritten test samples and noise corrupted samples are finally inputted into the network to verify its recognition performance. Simulation results reveal that DHNN has good fault tolerance and disturbance rejection performance. In addition, the recognition system is realized with MATLAB neural network toolbox and GUI, which verifies the feasibility of the algorithm.

Abstract: In this paper, the problem of adaptive synchronization in pth moment is considered for stochastic complex networks with time varying delayed and no-delayed couping. By using the Lyapunov Krasovskii functional, stochastic analysis theory, sufficient condition to ensure adaptive synchronization in pth moment for stochastic time varying delayed complex networks is derived. To illustrate the effectiveness of the synchronization condition derived in this paper, a numerical example is provided finally.
