Abstract: Based on the analysis on the control requirements of artificial grass tufting machine, this thesis proposes an overall plan on control of CANopen bus. In the control system, on the basis of CoDeSys softPLC technology of fieldbus control system, LMC20 enables the communication by making CANopen bus connect with ATV71, OTB module and these underlying slave stations. The humanized operation interface realized by touch screens and user-friendly application which is developed through CoDeSys have been put into operation in factory. All of those implement the functions of signal acquisition and display, protection, control, etc.

Abstract: With the rapid development of cement industry in China, looseness of information management and hardness of production line optimization control have became an utmost important issue. In this paper, we design and implement a remote optimization and control system via B/S architecture, which is under the model of ASP.NET MVC. Conclusively,this system implements the functions which are data analysis and processing of cement enterprises,optimization control of production line and meta-analysis of enterprise information.

Abstract: Classical control theory method often cannot obtain good static and dynamic performance in speed control system of asynchronous motor that is multivariable, nonlinear and strong coupling. However, with the application of modern control theory, it can effectively improve the operating performance of system in a complicated environment. This paper introduces the basic principle of vector control system and establishes the simulation model of vector control system of asynchronous motor. Meanwhile, according to fuzzy control theory, this paper shows a design of fuzzy controller and it is applied to the vector control system of speed adjusting module. Finally, it uses Matlab/Simulink to simulate and it verifies that Fuzzy vector control system response faster has better stability and stronger robust performance compared to the traditional vector control. Abstract: Anti-synchronization of two different chaotic systems is investigated. On the basis of Lyapunov theory, adaptive control scheme is proposed when system parameters are unknown, sufficient conditions for the stability of the error dynamics are derived, where the controllers are designed using the sum of the state variables in chaotic systems. Numerical simulations are performed for the Chen and Lu systems to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.

Abstract: Ordinary differential equation is an important branch of modern mathematics, and is a powerful tool to study the function change rules. Nowadays, the ordinary differential equation models have been widely used in various fields such as science, technology, engineering, economics, ecology, environment, population and transportation. In this paper, we study two kinds of ordinary differential equation models, i.e., Malthus model and Logistic model, and discuss their applications in the prediction control of population. We also use the population prediction of Huanggang City as an application example, and get satisfactory prediction results.

Abstract: This paper investigates the effect of Unified Power Flow Controller (UPFC) on the risk of cascading failure which resulted from adverse weather based on the risk-based security assessment (RBSA) method. An improved piecewise probability model is described to reflect the impact of adverse weather condition and overloads. Based on power-injection model of UPFC, an optimal power flow control strategy is integrated into the RBSA procedure to relieve the risk of cascading failure caused by initiating event. Furthermore, a sensitivity based approach is adopted to determine the optimal location of UPFC. The effectiveness of the proposed method has been tested on IEEE RTS-79 system.

Abstract: Relations between different parts are analyzed based on the structure of load-sensing swash plate piston pump. The models of piston pump and the servomechanism are set up by AMESim and connected with load-sensing steering system. The pressure and flow rate response under different rotation speed without priority valve is researched. The result shows such piston pump model can always response quickly and provide reasonable pressure and flow rate that fit the steering demands.

Abstract: With the development and application of prediction theory in the fields of engineering and control, the grey prediction model is introduced. Real estate can be regarded as a grey system in the engineering circle, and housing price is an uncertain indicator which is affected by multiple factors such as policy, market, and economy. In this paper, we study the prediction control problem of housing price, and present a prediction control model of housing price based on GM(1, 1). From the house price data of Huanggang city in recent five years, we use this prediction control model to predict the development trend of housing price in the next five years. We try to provide an effective reference for housing price control.

Abstract: Bolts are widely used in Launch Vehicle. This paper presented a design of bolts tighting test system for launch vehicle based on PLC and Servo Motor. PLC controller and Servo Motor were selected. The stress and displacement of the main load-bearing component was checked by the finite element method (FEM). PID closed-loop control was employed; the influence of PID parameters on the response curve was discussed.

Abstract: In this paper, an improved cellular automaton model is proposed to simulate train movement by considering reaction time and coasting strategy. Our study is focused on the factors which influence the train energy consumption around network bottleneck (i.e. stations). Here the laws of the propagation of train delay are also discussed. The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed model is suitable for simulating the train movement under high speed condition.
