Abstract: This work presents an approach to realize hybrid damping passively on the basis of inerter-spring-damper system, and demonstrates a passive hybrid damping suspension system that offers the performances of skyhook and groundhook dampers, but without the need of an inertial frame. The design principle and method of the system are presented, and a full-car model is built to analyze and compare the performances of the conventional passive, ideal and passive hybrid damping suspensions. The results demonstrate that the ideal and passive hybrid damping suspensions have the quite consistent performance that they both can suppress body and wheel resonances. As a result, the presented suspension improves ride comfort and safety significantly. It therefore has a good comprehensive performance.

Abstract: In order to test the efficiency of motor control strategy, we developed a platform based on DSP2812,named permanent magnet synchronous motor control system which used in vehicle. The algorithm of vector control system is proved effective to modify parameters and debug. And the researches provide the experiment basis of motor control strategy study.

Abstract: The stiffness of transmission mechanism, assembled joints and moving platform, the compressibility of oil, and the load inertia of hydraulic Stewart mechanism will cause synthetically mechanical and hydraulic resonance problems, which will directly influence the system dynamic performance. The natural frequency and local dynamic isotropy index are adopted to evaluate dynamic performance. The variation trends of performance indices with configuration and inertia parameters are analyzed, and general optimal design rules and conclusions are obtained.

Abstract: According to the assist characteristic of induction motor in Electro Hydraulic Power Steering (EHPS), a slip frequency control system for EHPS system in electric vehicle applied to Electric Control Units (ECU) has been proposed. We analyzed induction motor operating characteristic in EHPS and established a model, and simulated based on Matlab/Simulink. The simulation shows that the proposed control strategy can obtain good control effects, the proposed algorithm is verified.

Abstract: A method is presented for determining the pouring point location of concrete pump truck. The method does not change the structure of the concrete pump truck, only need to replace the hydraulic cylinders of booms with the hydraulic cylinders with displacement senor, and the displacement sensors are mounted in the inside of the hydraulic cylinders and do not need any extra protection. The relationship formulas between the contraction and expansion amounts of the hydraulic cylinders and the pouring point location are derived and programmed to input into a data processing unit. The contraction and expansion amounts of the hydraulic cylinders are timely acquired and inputted into the data processing unit, then the pouring point location can be displayed in real-time on the screen of radio controller, and the workers can quickly and accurately locate the pouring point of the concrete pump truck to poured point.

Abstract: A new kind of damper with magnetic fluid(MRF)/foam metal designed by us is introduced, and it’s damp model is established. Semi-active controlling shock absorber with the damper is designed, and it’s dynamic module is established. Fuzzy control on chatter system is designed by fuzzy controlling theory. Finally, simulation on it is done by matlab /simulink. It is shown that the control system can restrain the chatter very well.

Abstract: The paper analyzes the precision coaxial processing requirements and the characteristics of high automatic online compensation, and builds the electric control system based on Delta series products. The system uses a bus controller and absolute encoders servo constitute nearly closed-loop servo control system, combined with torque limiting grading feeding, dressing real-time compensation, stable and high-speed precision machining ceramic ferrule.

And the swing-up control law of ball and beam system is submitted, it consists of such three parts: increasing the range of swing , adjustment and maintain constant swing .Finally, the simulations result is given to verify the efficiency of control law.

Abstract: This paper studies the attack method in the condition of the torpedo noise covering the target noise with the help of calculation azimuth guidance. To verify the effectiveness of the scheme, the paper does simulation calculation. The simulation results demonstrated that the effect is good and the scheme haves usage value.
