Abstract: Recently, remote control technology attracted wide attentions and began to be used in lighting applications with computer and internet, power electronics, automatic control technologies together. Most conventional remote controlled lighting systems realized basic lighting functions, i.e. turning on/off and dimming. However, modern remote controlled lighting system needs to have multi-functions including line switching control, line anti-theft, illuminance detection, metering electrical parameters, ballast’s fault-condition detection, data analysis and statistics, abnormal-conditions alert and diagnosis. These functions will make the system more intelligent and practical. This paper proposes such a system comprising intelligent ballast, line switcher, meter, illuminance detector, server, website, etc. The system integration method is illustrated by analyzing the system’s working principle and functions. An experimental system is set up as a demonstration and the test results verify the proposal.

Abstract: The establishment of independent control area for JiBei grid will improve the flexibility of regulation for local units, and absorb more wind power and other clean energy. However, due to the high proportion of wind power capacity and the fluctuation and intermittent of wind power, it presents a challenge to the power supply safety. In this paper, based on the prediction of regulation demand and regulation speed in different time scales, dynamic hierarchical control method is proposed. Several strategies of hierarchical control under the emergency of steady climbing, reverse and fluctuations are established. Hence, it improves the capacity of power supply safety and the proportion of wind absorption. Finally, based on the measurement of characteristics of wind fluctuation, the value of reserve capacity in different control levels is calculated.

Abstract: For the chattering problem in the traditional sliding mode observer-based fault estimation, a second order sliding mode observer based on the Super-twisting algorithm was proposed. In order to avoid the cumbersome process of proving the stability of the Super-twisting algorithm, a Lyapunov function was adopted. An active fault tolerant control law was designed based on the fault estimation. Finally, simulation show the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

Abstract: Based on the principle of needle selection for the traditional knitting jacquard, this paper puts forward a new needle driven mode by magnetic suspension. At the same time the paper obtain the optimal trajectory for a single needle of magnetic suspension drive mode on the basis of the traditional trajectory, and it also analyzes the trajectories of multi needles and obtains the trajectories diagram for eight needles of their periodic motion. It also designs the hardware circuit for the control system and set up the experiment platform to carry out experimental study. The experiment proves that the target trajectories in the control system are consistent with the measured trajectories.

Abstract: For air fan and water pump load, variable voltage and variable frequency (VVVF) energy-saving effect is very significant. This paper focuses on the study of energy-saving effect implemented by converter of the motor at constant torque load. In order to analyze the influence of the loss controlled by the voltage and frequency in detail, we obtain the theoretical calculation formula of total loss and input power by means of the classification of power loss of asynchronous motor under the cantilever equivalent circuit, take a 5.5kW motor as an example, a series of experimental schemes are designed and the general change rules of total loss and input power are studied respectively with the different voltage to frequency ratio. The results show that the measured values are basically accordant with the theoretical calculation value. On different conditions of voltage frequency ratio, optimal value exists in the total loss instead of input power.

Abstract: In order to realize intelligent control, the cutting trajectory of TBM research machine adopts the principle of teaching and reappearing cutting trajectory control method, combining with the control system of teaching and reappearing and SIMATIC C7, operation interface is realized by using configuration software monitoring, monitoring site visually through the operation panel parameters change, timely adjust the cutting parameters. The experimental results show that the tracking error within the scope of the permit. The method to improve the intelligence of machine cutting control provides a reference basis.

Abstract: Piezoelectric materials is a kind of the most common smart materials whose geometric shape can be related to an energy input in the form of electric field. In the application of active materials to electromechanical energy conversion, electrical energy may be input to the material and the resulting deformation of the material can be used to move a load. In this paper, a XY micro-motion stage is designed based s type flexure mechanism and driven through piezoelectric ceramic stack. From the analysis, it can achieve X direction 6.5μm, Y direction 9.7μm micro-displacement output.The results indicate that, the XY micro-motion stage all are satisfy the need of design.

Abstract: This paper studies the autonomous navigation equipment of Quadcopter. SINS/GPS integrated navigation technology, ultrasonic ranging and barometric altimeter is used in the autonomous navigation system. Navigation board includes measuring height subsystem and measurement position subsystem. The former includes an inertial navigation module and GPS module using the Kalman filter for data fusion, which gets a more accurate and stable location information. Quadcopter height measurement subsystem, using ultrasound and barometers. Complementary filter for effective data fusion, is used to ensure the reliability of height measurement.

Abstract: This paper designs a new type of the crawler chassis brake system, which is suitable for crawler travel system slow walking speed. Characteristic of braking system has simple and compact structure, light weight, flexible use, convenient assembly and disassembly, large braking force, good braking effect, etc., can solve small crawler chassis brake problem very well.

Abstract: To promote tea processing level of automation, an automatic rolling and breaking up tea machine use of TRIZ theory was designed. The working principle , structural features, the main technical parameters and performance were introduced in this paper.Results show that the rolling and breaking up device can meet the basic tea processing requirements, and convenient to operate, reliable and stable work.
