Research on the Choice of District Resolves Solution of Chinese Railway Reform and Restructuring

Abstract:

This paper, using the hierarchical cluster analysis and the gray scale comprehensive evaluation method, considering operating balance scale of regional companies, the proportion of inter-regional exchange of goods, compares the pros and cons of each division scheme and we find that seven regional companies is the most suitable for railway development.
