Analysis on the Effecting Factors of Man-Machine-Environment System in Production Logistics System

Article Preview

Abstract:

In the production logistics system, man-machine-environment effecting factors mainly have the microclimate module (air temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure, oxygen content, carbon dioxide, smoke and air velocity), the noise module (real-time noise and integrated noise), the illumination module (real-time illumination), the human physical work module (human blood pressure and heart rate) and so on. The mobile platform can be designed by the SolidWorks software, and be installed these relevant sensor instruments and signal transmission lines, in order to form hardware conditions of man-machine-environment system. The corresponding detection module can be designed by the LabVIEW software. It is necessary to take three times detection to demonstrate the reliability of data in the process of experiment. It is turned out that the data is in accordance with the relative standards, and the results are reliable.
