Abstract: A multi-spiral capacitive sensor is proposed to improve the sensor performance, and the relation between the geometric parameters design of the sensor and the sensor performance is discussed. Compared to traditional sensors, under the same measurement conditions, the electrical field distribution of the multi-spiral-shaped sensor is presented. The detail effects of the sensor design parameters, such as gaps between the sensor electrodes, the effective area and the geometry of the sensor plates are qualitative analyzed. The experimental results prove that the complex structure sensor can improve the measurement linearity, signal strength and measurement sensitivity.

Abstract: With the development of science and technology ,microwave measuring instrument become more important in the radar equipment maintenance support task.This paper expounds the principles of microwave measuring instrument work and test, describes the application of microwave measuring instrument in the maintenance detection of radar antenna feed system、radar antenna pattern test、power amplifier parameters measurement、the local oscillator test and receiving systems component test. Scientific applications of microwave measuring instrument is the important guarantee to ensure the radar equipment operate effectively.

Abstract: The real-time measurement and control of clean-energy power parameters provides a reliable platform for the performance test, a working state simulation of clean-energy power system and effective supports for the reasonable design of clean-energy power system. The whole measurement and control system is controlled by PLC and monitored by Kingview software. While mainly controlling the voltage and electric quantity of storage battery and motor speed, PLC is responsible for Modbus communication between the storage battery management system, the motor controller, the dynamometer controller and the industrial personal computer, Kingview is used for the real-time measurement and the controlling of system power parameters. The test shows that the measurement and control system is stable and reliable.

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of reinforced concrete structure crack damage detection, an algorithm of crack damage monitoring based on the piezoelectric impedance technology was presented in this paper. With a piezoelectric coupling beam model was established, the electrical impedance equation of piezoelectric coupling beam was derived. The finite element model of reinforced concrete beam pasting with piezoelectric ceramic piece was established. The effect of different crack depth on the electrical impedance of coupling beam was analyzed. The results show that with the increase of crack depth, impedance peak decreases, spectrum shift to the left; neural network technology data processing method was used to the location identification of reinforced concrete beam crack depth. It proves that the piezoelectric impedance technology can successfully identify the degree of reinforced concrete beam damage to some extent.

Abstract: For the phenomenon of data pulsating indefinitely in observed data series, a safety monitoring model for concrete dam displacement is constructed in consideration of dynamic mutation’s blind spot based on dynamic cross-correlation factor index and cloud model theory. On the basis of evolvement analysis on dam deformation using uncertain dynamic system,while comprehensively applying numerical methods of phase space reconstruction, cloud model, wavelet analysis, a diagnosis method to predict abnormality variation of working state of dam is established. Project examples show the method can identify the dynamic mutation blind spot and be a better solution to eliminate its adverse influence on deformation series. Hereby, the new method can improve the reliability and scientific of dam displacement safety monitoring model.

Abstract: In order to further improve monitoring safety of oil and gas pipelines, a leakage detection technology for natural gas pipelines with distributed Fiber Bragg Grating (FBG) is put forward. Optical fiber, set up along pipelines acting as FBG sensors, is used to acquire pressure and vibration signals created by some events such as leakage, mechanical disturbance. Through grating matching and automatic distinguish technique leakage can be detected and located. Moreover, independent component analysis (ICA) technique is studied and used to separate useful signal from noise. Theory analysis and experiments showed this method has good capacity to detect and locate leakage effectively in pipelines.

Abstract: Aim at the disadvantages of traditional circuit breaker mechanical characteristic parameters test. Get the motion pictures of insulation connecting rod through high-speed camera, using the finite difference method to quickly screen out the motion pictures, and selecting punctuation area as a template for learning, using non-uniform sampling have a template matching, obtain the center coordinates of matching results, time interval is known every frame. Through coordinate changes over time we can obtain mechanical parameters of the circuit breaker accurately, fast, conveniently. Lab VIEW programs achieve the above process automatically.

Abstract: For the circuit breaker, mechanical fault make up the largest share of the fault. In order to ensure reliable and secure power system can run,it is necessary to monitor the mechanical properties of the circuit breaker,which includes monitoring the breaker trip.By TLD video tracking technology ZN65-12 vacuum circuit breaker mechanical properties were measured,obtain a two-dimensional direction of travel, speed characteristic curves.The experimental results show that the error of the method used to obtain a circuit breaker stroke, speed and other parameters of not more than 1mm,compared with traditional methods of measurement can get richer information.

Abstract: Because the solar cell has more and more application, its quality testing is particularly important in the production, and a new LED solar cell testing system is presented. Based on the total design of the system, the hardware and software of the RS232 serial communication module is designed. This paper introduces two parts of the module which are the circuit of the serial communication and serial communication software programming; and describes the realization of serial communication between PC and MCU by using VB. The computer and MCU are connected by RS232. The result shows that the communication between PC and MCU and user interface are realized.

Abstract: Considering the advantage of optic fiber, a methods of measuring Cr (VI) based on absorption spectrum through plastic fiber is introduced, which includes structure of measurement, experiment process, spectrum signal process. After signal processing based on low-pass filtering and non-linear fitting, five concentrations of Cr (VI) can be differed easily and the peak values of spectrum corresponding to five concentrations accord with the Longbow Bill's law . In this way, the measurement concentration can limit down to 0. 0.0660 μg/ml.
