Abstract: With the popularity of the English application, English resources are increasingly important; this paper studies the framework structure for the difficult problems in the English resource library construction. First, it designed the framework structure model of English resource library, and then each layer of the model is described in detail. Among them, the resources and the functional layer includes all resource information in English resource library and user’s operating functions for resources; system layer, including business logic layer and data access layer, to achieve the high cohesion and low coupling of development, maintenance, deployment, expansion; the user level, including teachers users, student users, administrators and other users, each user has different permissions, you can use the different functions. Contents of this paper provide theoretical support and technical support for building English resource library construction.

Abstract: Guizhou province is the only mountain agricultural province without plain supporting in China. The province stable food production areas are mainly distributed in the mountains with a small number of relatively flat, concentrated areas. Geographic information system (GIS) is used for input, storage, query, analysis and display of geographic data computer system. It is a new technology in the 1960s, which has very powerful spatial analysis ability and has been widely used in the field of urban planning and economic development.

Abstract: In the whole process of developing the management information system, people give priority to application of new technology and instrument such as the newly developed instrument Visual Studio from Microsoft. Connected with SQL Server 2000 data base, VB.NET, ASP.NET and ADO.NET technology are able to make the structure of softwares more reasonable, convenient and pragmatic, largely increasing the overall property of the software system. According to the steps of engineering design, this passage is to illustrate the entire system in an all-around way in terms of demand analysis, integrated design, data base design, safety design as well as report design. This passage is to illustrate a design process of a management information system based on C/S and B/S multilayer structure.

Abstract: AACSWT is one of the most important fighting styles, and C2E is an important index to deal with saturation attack. This paper models the AACSWT command and control system based on LCPN, and simulates to get all useful datum by the CPN Tools. By analyzing the indexes of response time and throughput rate which represent the C2E, this paper gives a lot of useful advices.

Abstract: CAI is a product of the era development and the problems in the process of its advancement which exist in the understanding and the resource reserve are inevitable. For these phenomena, not only the auxiliary and order principle are supposed to be established in the process of applying the computer technology in teaching, but also the CAI's application value ought to be reexamined. The specific training to teachers of different subjects needs to be strengthened and the construction of CAI network database should be consummated in time.

Abstract: With the rapid development of Smart Grid, multiple services such as power distribution automation, automatic measurement, user data collection, demand for a reliable, efficient and robust communication network. LTE Private wireless network stands as one promising solution due to its broad bandwidth, low delay, ease deployment and wide coverage, etc. This paper introduces a centralized architecture for the implementation of LTE private wireless network in smart grid communication network. The architecture utilizes the existing optical resources including MSTP/SDH in power grid to facilitate the deployment of private wireless network. Architecture principle and module designs are presented, illustrating an example of applying the centralized architecture into practical implementation.

Abstract: Communication Technology and Network Technology are the key factors to M-learning, and at the same time constraints. Abstract: The high incidence of accidents and fatalities in the coal mining industry is often attributed to ineffective training methods. To improve the training quality,virtual reality simulation has applied to improve the effectiveness of the training. This paper presents a VR-based system for coal mining safety training. System can provide the intuitive approach for studying of the safety knowledge, and provide the interactive exercises for learning self-rescue and escape in the disasters. An architecture is proposed for customize new training mission quickly. The requirements of functions in the system have been discussed. The implemented system has proved that virtual reality training has the potential to provide more meaningful and effective training to address the identified safety needs in coal mining industry.

Abstract: National Level Quality Course Project in Higher Education aims at improvement of learners’ all-round English abilities and English teaching quality in universities and colleges in China by sharing free fine teaching information. An empirical study of National Level Quality Courses shows Online English teaching in Chinese colleges and universities is out of balance in information distribution, teaching guidelines, teaching modes, teaching methods and teaching/learning platforms between College English and English for English Majors.

Abstract: The industrial Ethernet technology has been gradually applied to the high-speed train. However, different network topologies can have big impact on the quality of communication. The real-time and reliability performances of the high-speed train to which three kinds of network topology structures of the linear, the ring and the ladder are applied based on industrial Ethernet are analyzed in theory according to IEC61375(2009). Four kinds of application data are built to modify the data transmission in this paper. The three structures are simulated with the OPNET modeler. Afterwards, the network performances are compared in the simulation. At last, a conclusion that the performance of the ladder network structure is superior to that of the linear and the ring network structure is drew. The results of the study could provide the reference value of the construction and majorization of the network topology structure based on the industrial Ethernet.
