Abstract: This article detailed introduces the system integration project management present situation, analyzes the system integration project initial stage, executing stage and completion stage of each phase of the project management content. And the problems existing in the process of system integration project management are analyzed. And these problems include project scope management. Project team management is not perfect and project risk management is not science, etc. Based on the relevant theory of the system integration project management at the same time, it analyzes the cause of system integration project management problems, and puts forward the corresponding improvement countermeasures. Finally based on the theory of project management nine knowledge areas, according to the basic process of project management: start, planning, executing, controlling and closing to discuss a specific system integration project. The concrete covers the scope of the project management, human resource management and risk management, and other areas of the project management body of knowledge.

Abstract: China's distance education^[1], has great development prospects ,based on the vast land area and a large population of Chinese, but there are still many deficiencies.The presence of existing distance education system has high hardware and software requirements and resource duplication. At the same time ,the distance education system expansion capacity is weak and Configurable is poor and so on. Processing power and unlimited storage capacity of cloud computing is an efficient. Resource integration can ensure the dynamic characteristics of resources, and enhance the advantages of resources. This paper presents the study of distance education system based on cloud computing and resource integration, which can integrate the information resources of teaching , improve resource utilization, but can also enhance the teaching level. And then provide a broad platform for the development of distance education.

Abstract: With the development of cloud computing, its security problem gets more and more attention. This article comprehensively analyses many problems about cloud computing and virtualization security, elaborates the research status of virtualization security and puts forward the development direction in the future. This paper first describes cloud computing architecture, and then introduces the virtualization technology, focusing on virtualization security issues and research status, and takes Xen platform for example, introduces the Xen virtualization security issues, finally the future development was prospected.

Abstract: Assurance issues for cloud computing’s service quality; propose a hierarchical network topology on the basis of the three-stage scheduling algorithm. The algorithm ensures that each work to be performed can be assigned to the appropriate resources, and can effectively improve the load of each node and reduce the waste of resources. FCFS, SJF, OLB and Min-Min (MM) scheduling algorithm’s simulation results show that the algorithm can not only make the work get the minimum completion time, but also the service node operation achieve the load balancing.

Abstract: The rise of Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) has enabled open courses to overcome the shortcomings of its traditional mode. Interactions and communications have become important elements in online open courses right now. Cloud computing is a new platform for MOOC development, which is extension of the distribution computing, the parallel computing and the grid computing, settling the problem of various resource sharing. In this paper, the design of cloud computing environments is showed with the cloud computing system structure, network security analysis of cloud computing, and map-reduce program mode, which forms the model of cloud computing environment.

Abstract: In this paper, we mainly introduce the basic concepts of cloud computing and the characteristics of the GIS software engineering. Then we analyze the impact of cloud computing for GIS software development and discuss GIS software engineering design method in cloud computing environment from the GIS software architecture, development organization and deployment management three aspects. At last, put forward the proposals to the implementation of GIS software development in cloud computing environment.
