Abstract: Combining computer network and students feature, with analysis the exited features of students’ practice guidance ,mainly as real-time interaction for core, the purpose of which is to design educational practice guidance modes based on BLOG, and BBS and QQ, the article takes students of year 2007 in Shangluo university for object as case to explore BBS –based interactive discussion mode, reaching the purpose of settlement of difficult offsite management ,insufficient practice guidance and incomplete exchange between teachers and students, etc. thereby, archieve an effective guidance for students’ practice.

Abstract: With the development of Internet technology, network learning has become an important form of learning in today's society. Network learning is inseparable from the network, and interaction is an important part of online learning, which has a very important position and role in the development and application of network learning platform. In this paper, network learning environment lacks substance interaction and network learning community ignores teaching based on literature research and network investigation of network learning environment. And this article proposes the method that contains substance navigation strategy based on question, establishment situation animation and giving the positive appraisal which can solve the problem that network learning environment lacks substance interaction, proposes the method that contains controlling jurisdiction of debarkation, establishing hierarchical system and Inviting the expert to seat guests which can solve the problem that network learning community ignores teaching.

It favorably supports the establishment of the autonomous, collaborative and interactive teaching and learning model.

Abstract: The paper constructs an evaluation model for practical teaching quality based on Back Propagation (BP) neural network. It makes the indicators of evaluating practical teaching quality as input data, while practical teaching quality as output results. The empirical conclusion obtained from the use of Excel is that BP neural network is suitable for practical teaching quality evaluation and also makes a better analogy to the experts’ evaluation process. The results are satisfactory with wide application.

Abstract: According to the status and development requirements of education information of colleges in China, for the characteristics of higher education, the paper proposes a educational administration cloud service based on SaaS and SOA to provide education and teaching service for colleges. The paper mainly observes and researches key techniques such as educational administration management solutions for characteristics of higher education, design and assembly of educational service based on SOA, and selecting proper SaaS multi-tenant mode to implement informationization on colleges with weak informational basis in China. The idea and thought of moving application of education information to cloud client is the new development direction of educational informationization.

Abstract: Data mining (DM) is also called knowledge discovery in database, which is a complicated process in which unknown and valuable knowledge like modes or laws are excavated from lots of data stored in database, data warehouse or other information bases. Web service is an emerging service-oriented technology. It can publish description about how to transfer its own functions / services to the outside and return information to clients needing it automatically via URL. The Web-based DM system studied in this thesis realizes DM process via a series of Web service. This method not only overcomes the problem that existing DM system has poor expansibility but also can adapt to variety and dynamic nature of client request better.
