Abstract: The present status of the computer application in sports game is not so popular and it is very urgent to develop sports game information management system (SGIMS), which runs on network platform and meet the national need. In this paper, a SGIMS based on C/S and B/S mode network database systems is presented. The SGIMS can be used not only in primary sports game, but also in medium and large sports game.

Abstract: The paper starts from performance optimization of Oracle database. Based on analysis of Oracle structure, the paper explores performance optimization of Oracle database for database parameters, application system and network load. And the paper expounds reasonable planning of database and how to analyze and improve the performance after operation, and how to optimize a database with satisfying performance.

Abstract: With the booming of Cloud Compute, OpenStack has been more widely used in Data Center, but in tradition deployment of OpenStack, the traffic must traverse network node to get routing decision. So the network node would be a bottle-neck due to the increasing amount of data flow. In order to solve this problem, this paper propose an extensible design, we create a internal virtual router in each compute node, the internal virtual router just can process the East-West traffic in lay2. With the help of distributed router, the East-West traffic can be delivered directly from the source hypervisor to the destination hypervisor, no longer need to traverse the router in network node to get routing decision, Therefore, North-South and East-West traffic don't impact each other anymore. North-South traffic enjoys all the bandwidth of router in network node exclusively, hence reduce the load of the network node. Experiment results show that OpenStack with distributed router has a much better performance evaluation than original OpenStack. This will dramatically increase the total bandwidth, and also bring other advantages.

Abstract: This paper combines with the actual background of the university experiment teaching of computer network, analyzes the construction situation and the existing problems of networking practical training system. Then it designs and implements the network practical training system based on embedded platform. The system mainly consists of three parts: the experiment control system, embedded experiment box and training courses. PC Terminal as the client of experimental control system is developed based on .NET/C#, which supports user login via online or offline mode, updating training courses intelligently and etc. Based on ARMS embedded microprocessor and embedded Linux operating system, it designs and implements the embedded experiment box ServerBox, which interacts with user by matrix keyboard and QT interface, analyzes network protocols based on Netfilter framework in Linux kernel, and extends ARP packet processing driver in Linux kernel to implement the visual analysis and intervention for ARP protocol. The PC Terminal has a connection with ServerBox by serial port, and communicates with each other by user-defined protocol. The system has passed the project acceptance inspection, and the first edition has been used in many colleges and universities. Its effect in improving students' knowledge and practice skills for the principle of network has been gaining recognition.

Abstract: The students’ grade management system is a significant part of informatization, and one good grade management system is crucial for the managers and decision makers in colleges and universities. This thesis firstly expounds the trend and necessity for colleges to establish a student grade management system; secondly, it introduces the system design and database design of the system; lastly, it elaborates the realization of key modules in detail. The operating system is proved by a test to be stable.

Abstract: The paper has discussed the design of online education platform and its operation mechanism based on MVC. This system consists of three subsystems: a subsystem for system administrators to manager, a subsystem for students to learn and a subsystem for teachers to teach. The operation mechanism of the system is also discussed. The designed platform is the application in modem distance education practice. It has great importance to improve teaching techniques and education quality in University. It can be imagined that the application will help promote learning and managing efficiency of the overall society.

Abstract: During the course of building an innovative country and enhancing the independent innovation capability, universities are the main force and the important source of high-tech innovation. The evaluation on the university's innovation ability, not only may improve university's efficiency and level of scientific research, but also make a significant sense to perfect the china' scientific research innovation system. Based on Referring to the recent research achievements at home and abroad, research and design work was carried out in the following area. Firstly, the multi-university research innovation ability evaluating indicator system is designed in this paper. By the principle of science and justice, through questionnaires, expert opinion and reference to relevant research results. The paper designed the multi-university's research innovation ability evaluating indicator system. A variety of typical evaluation models and methods are studied. Then two evaluation models between PCA-BP and PCA-FNN are taken into comparison. And the results show that the research and application of PCA-FNN is proved to be a new method and made a significant attempt for the university’s evaluation of research innovation ability.

Abstract: For the data security threats caused by out sourcing model and shared vulnerability, and base on user data in static characteristics of cloud storage services and the dynamic nature of cloud computing, it requires to propose corresponding data security protection mechanisms, in addition, in order to make the mechanism work normally, we propose a program which can be trusted and can be garnered and user can test, offer the recoverability of data and the integrity verification of data and the accountability leak of data.

Abstract: The author reviews the profile of CBT and the application of virtual reality in the development of CBT, analyzing the application of virtual reality technology to the development of CBT from three aspects: the development of CBT, comparisons among different development tools of CBT and the comparison of application among different apartment of aviation industry, laying the foundation of developing CBT of aircraft type of our own theoretically.
