Abstract: Due to considerations limited for the current monitoring techniques and computational models and other reasons,the accuracy rate of line icing condition assessment is not high. Transmission line icing are affected by many factors, having greater relevance with micro-meteorological parameters. To improve the assessment accuracy of transmission line icing condition,multi-sensor information fusion method are put forward for a comprehensive assessment to Line icing state, based on online monitoring system,considering the equivalent ice thickness of monitoring system, micro-meteorological parameters and duration of ice cover.BP neural network convergence line icing membership value, the output state is cing probability. Abstract: In order to clarify the relationship between concentrator and collector in some Transformer Regions, the transformer region customer information management system was proposed based on a low voltage power line carrier technology. The system consists of the customer information detection terminal and the customer information management software. Detection terminal achieves the detection of relationship between concentrator and collector, within the scope of the common variants, through power line carrier communication technology, and sends the information to the information management server. Customer information management software managed the information ,which came from the terminal, using a database technology and displayed the results sorted, achieving the functions of detection terminal—parameter settings, data management, communication function, management functions for user rights. GPRS mobile public transport networks were used to keep communication between the terminal and information management software.

Abstract: For the deficiencies of the existing complex circuit designs, a novel transistor-level three-input AND/XOR logic complex gate with simple and symmetry structure is proposed. HPSICE simulation results show that the proposed circuit has correct operation. Further, in 55nm process CMOS technology, compared with the conventional cell-based cascaded AND/XOR circuit at different operation frequencies, the proposed circuit has a significant improvement at delay, power consumption and power delay product (PDP).

Abstract: A design of an embedded ARM-based control system for automatic strapping machine is described. This control system uses embedded ARM microprocessor as the core processor, which consists of a STM32 ARM chip and other electronic components. It introduces the general structure, the control method and the implementation of the control system in this paper. The system has many advantages, such as simple and reasonable circuit, stable working performance, simple operation, etc.

Abstract: The IC technology of adjustable delay is simply presented. Then aim at the engineering application forms a kind of segmented Digitally Controlled Delay Line (DCDL) which has overcame the tradeoff between adjustable delay resolution and dynamic range, benefited from small die area, high resolution and large adjustable range. Finally presented is the performance of the segmented DCDL which is fabricated by 0.18μm CMOS technology. From the test result, the DCDL’s resolution is 12ps and the dynamic range is 4ns.

Abstract: Wind generation can affect the power quality of power supply system in a certain extent at the same time of energy conservation and emission reduction. In order to study the power quality problem of distribution network with wind power embedded, several indices of power quality are defined in this paper, and the doubly fed wind turbine model is established in detail. The voltage deviation, system frequency, and harmonic distortion rate are analyzed based on the simulation data outputted by PSCAD.

Abstract: There exist many single-phase photovoltaic generations in modern power distribution network, and these distributed sources may be in a certain extent affect the symmetry of voltage. To investigate the impact of photovoltaic generation on quality problem of distribution network, mathematical and digital model of photovoltaic power generation are built in this paper, and the maximum power point tracking control is simulated based on incremental conductance method.

Abstract: The design solution presented in this article is a pressure data acquisition system which is based on the piezoresistive pressure sensor and MSP430F249 microcontroller. It can be simulated on the Protues7. FlexiForce-A201 sensor can be seen as a variable resistance in the circuit. Using the signal conditioning circuit and on chip components ADC12 and DAC12 to realize the 8 channels of analog signals and transformation and the A/D conversion accuracy is 12-bit. The results of transformation can be both stored in the M45PE16 flash and real-time displayed on the LCD1602. This system used the on-chip peripherals and powered by button cell. This solution can realize the independence of system and data source by joining up various sensors. It is simple, low-power and universal.

Abstract: In the special marine environmental conditions, there are certain advantages of ship seismic wave relative to underwater acoustic signal. However, due to the poor performance of seismic wave sensor, it is difficult to effectively detect seismic signal. From the signal characteristics of ship seismic wave, we can see that the ship seismic wave signal is better than underwater acoustic signal through comparative analysis in some special environment. In the low frequency band of DC-20Hz, the energy of the ship seismic is stronger and the line spectrum is more obvious. It briefly explains the mathematical model of ocean bottom seismometers receiving ship seismic wave information based on coupling theory. Finally, this paper focuses on many factors need to be considered in the selection of seismic wave sensor from the structure, type and performance of sensor. In view of different functionality of sensor types, it is suggested to use acceleration sensor to detect the ship seismic wave signal.

Abstract: Physics package is the core of rubidium atomic frequency standards (RAFS). In this paper, a physics package of RAFS with enhanced performance is reported. The physics package is designed according to the separated filter scheme, in which an optical filter and a magnetron microwave cavity are used to reduce the white frequency noise and to intensify the resonance signal. The light-shift (LS) and temperature coefficient (TC) can be conveniently adjusted in the separated filter scheme. A preliminary test shows that a frequency stability of the RAFS is less than .
