Abstract: The horizontal component of geomagnetic field is so weak in high latitude area that the magnetic navigation equipment available can not work, a method is introduced to simulate this weak-magnetic environment to by using artificial controllable magnetic field to neutralize geomagnetic horizontal component .Theoretical and simulation analysis is involved; using circular Helmholtz coils, an experimental device is made for the experimental research for weak-magnetic environment simulation. The experimental results show that this method has a certain feasibility

Abstract: The paper makes an overall analysis on present exterior environment and telecom industrial status on the basis of full and accurate datum, and presents the status of 4G technology, the competition relations between 4G and other wireless technologies, overseas 4G service development and the successful experience in Korea and Japan. Then this paper points out that enormous profits and great opportunity still exist in China's mobile telecommunication market, and 4G has become more mature and been applied commercially in a large scale, the conditions of 4G development in China has also become mature.

Abstract: The paper aims to study a design and technique of the image processing based on the architecture of embedded system. Aimed at the own characteristic of embedded system, designing a platform been endowed with more operating functions of embedded image processing with versatility. The author adopts the method of the embedded system design based on the basic functions and characteristic of image processing system, summarizing and comparing of the characteristic and new developments of the EOS for the ARM processor, and finally chooses the embedded Linux for the operating system of our platform, also transplant it in the hardware platform. Aimed at the characteristic of Linux device architecture, the author introduces how to develop the image capture and display, memory the data of an image, the programming method of that. Some base arithmetic of image processing, such as image smooth, sharpen, edge detect and so on, and the graphics user interface are developed on the platform with using the Mini GUI, according to the intercommunion between the human and the platform. At last, some key program's code is given.

Abstract: In view of the low efficiency and angle problem of human action recognition, a algorithm with Kinect-3D skeleton and MCRF model was proposed. Its 3D skeleton data has less and key information, and MCRF model was able to fusion many features and advantage of context information. First, human action was divided into global action, arm action, and leg action, extracted features through several feature subsets. Then, CRF model was used for every subset to generate, each CRF sets was merged together into MRCF model which was utilized to recognize human action. The experimental results show that the method has higher detection rate.

Abstract: The oil leak is detected by the computer image recognition technique and the oil leak images are processed by the threshold segmentation and semi-thresholding of the maximum variance threshold method. Through capture of fluorescent images of leakage, the oil leak image information is acquired. The maximum variance threshold method is adopted for image data analysis to compute the dilation area of oil images and achieve the detection of leakage.

Abstract: A novel intelligent fault diagnosis method based on vibration time-frequency image recognition is proposed in this paper. First, Smooth pseudo Wigner-Ville distribution (SPWVD) is employed to represent the time-frequency distribution characteristics. Then, the features of time-frequency images are extracted by using locality-constrained linear coding (LLC) and spatial pyramid matching. Next, we use the support vector machine to identify these feature vectors for realizing intelligent fault detection. The promise of our algorithm is illustrated by performing above procedures on the vibration signals measured from rolling element bearing with sixteen operating states. Experimental results show that the proposed method can acquire higher diagnosis accuracy compared with the ScSPM method in rolling element bearing diagnosis.

Abstract: Routing technology is the key technology of Ad Hoc network and is one of the most important factors influencing overall performance of network. Routing protocol has not adapted to topological structure of dynamic change for Ad Hoc network, so the new Ad Hoc routing protocol must be designed. The paper starts from the basic concept of Ad Hoc network and proposes an effective key protocol agreement in Ad Hoc network based on bilinear pairing and hierarchical routing protocol which not only makes logical key agreement model correspond to topological structure of actual network , but also supports the establishment and dynamic update of initial group of key and has less communication traffic. The performance analysis indicates that the protocol proposed in the paper is very effective on the network with larger range, stronger ability of equipment process and worse communication environment.
