Abstract: . Crime Spatial Data Mining Platform is used for Police, it collect the information of GIS, mobile phone communication records, surveillance video, IP address, etc. and analysis the information in order to provide crime analysis, crime investigation and crime tracking. This paper presents the architecture of crime spatial data mining platform based on cloud computing, describes the work flow of the cloud platform, designs the virtualization platform architecture, and puts forward the flexible virtual cluster construction strategy. The test shows that it is feasible and effective.

Abstract: In this paper, we turn intuitionistic fuzzy information systems into 0-1 formal contexts by using dominance relation. A pair of operators is defined to get the formal concept lattices in the intuitionistic fuzzy information systems. Furthermore, some properties and attribute reduction based on discernibility matrices is investigated.

Abstract: Research on composition and quantitative representation of the function unit structural information, seeking the combination process effectively, is the key technology to generate product design schemes. Full life cycle assessment properties of structure is introduced into expression of design scheme. The gene model of life cycle assessment properties of structure is established, and the variable length coding is converted to equal length coding to realize the quantitative representation of structure information. The fitness function is established for life cycle assessment of structure with Analytic Hierarchy Process. The improved segmentation genetic algorithm is studied. The gene sequence of design scheme is segmented. Genetic operators such as across and mutate is designed for structure information the segmented gene fragment. Life cycle assessment gene of structure as attribute does not participate in the genetic operation. Design schemes automatic generation is achieved based on improved segmented genetic operators, reflecting life cycle assessment properties of design schemes.

Abstract: In this paper, we investigate the problem how to clean uncertain data with aggregate constraints in order to reduce the uncertainty and clean the dirty data in uncertain data sets. We find the shortages by analyzing the existing model and methods for cleaning uncertain data with aggregate constraints. We modified the existing Object Function model in literature and designed an appropriate algorithm for our problem by studying the Modified Simulated Annealing algorithm. Our experiments verify the efficiency and effectiveness of our algorithm.

Abstract: The finite element method was used to analyze the crash simulation of road safety barrel in this paper. According to the road safety barrel standard of China—GB/T 28650-2012, 3D software AUTOCAD was used to establish collision system model. By using the project software ANSYS/LS-DYNA to simulate the different wall thickness of road safety barrel, the stress and strain, energy variation and deformation are analyzed for different number of road safety barrel, the layer of road safety barrel wall and road safety barrel in different circumstances. The simulation results may uncover the reasonability of the current road safety barrel set and provide the basis for further improvement.

Abstract: Crop disease leaf image segmentation is a key step in crop disease recognition. In the paper, a segmentation method of crop disease leaf image is proposed to segment leaf image with non-uniform illumination based on maximum entropy and genetic algorithm (GA). The information entropy is regarded as the fitness function of GA, the maximum entropy as convergence criterion of GA. After genetic operation, the optimal threshold is obtained to segment the image of disease leaf. The experimental results of the maize disease leaf image show that the proposed method can select the threshold automatically and efficiently, and has an advantage over the other three algorithms, and also can reserve the main spot features of the original disease leaf image.

Abstract: An audio digital watermarking algorithm based on QR decomposition and dither-modulation quantization is proposed. Arnold transform is utilized to scramble watermarking image in order to improve the security of the algorithm. Then chaotic sequence encrypts the watermarking which was folded before. DCT coefficients of the original audio signal are selected to embed the encrypted watermarking after QR decomposition. Dither-modulation quantization changes the largest R component values of the QR decomposition. Imperceptibility, security and robust test results show that the present method is more robust, and possesses good transparency and high security compared with the scheme based on SVD and dither-modulation quantization.

Abstract: By analysing the past algorithms of drawing hypergraphs, this paper gives the definition of hyper graphs’ vertex degree and hyperedge’s average degree at first. Then it introduces the flow of this algorithm and particularly describes the rule set in setting the position of the vertex and the principal of minimum envelop law in drawing the hyperedge, and the complexity of this algorithm is analyzed. At last it draws a hypergraphs of scientific collaboration network successfully based on this algorithm and the result proves that the drawing algorithm of hyper graphs based on hyper edge’s average degree and multi-rules is feasible.

Abstract: Targeting at Xiahe Tibetan dialects and with 16 single consonants followed by vowel /a/ as the recording texts, the article analyzes the electropalatographic parameters such as AC, PC, VC, Ant, Pos, CA, CP, CC. The findings are as follows: 1. Plosives show more tongue-palate contact in front part of palate, with strong anteriority and centered tendency: 2. Fricatives show less contact than affricates of the same speech organ; 3. Lateral alveolar consonants have more tongue-palate contact, with strong anteriority and centrality, and weak posterity. 4. Nasals have bigger values in terms of all parameters. 5. The trill has more tongue-palate contact, with stronger posterity and centrality.

Abstract: In order to solve deviation and imbalance of the traditional multi-class classification. This paper designs an improved localized multi-class classification algorithm based on mutual communication entropy and Support Vector Data Description (SVDD), know as EL-SVDD algorithm. First, this algorithm calculates parameter values of the mutual communication entropy with many local classes of samples. Second, one class is placed inside the multidimensional sphere based on the mutual communication entropy. Finally, according to the samples and parameter values of the mutual communication entropy, it reinterpreted the C values of SVDD algorithm. As the result, the experiments shows that EL-SVDD algorithm not only has the feasibility, but also can improve the accuracy analysis of multi-class classification stably and effectively.
