Abstract: The main task of air traffic management is making adjustments when traffic flow reaches to the maximum capacity of air traffic control. It aims to increase the use ratio of airport and airspace. Air traffic flow prediction is one important part of air traffic management. Usually, air traffic prediction is divided into deterministic flow prediction and probability prediction .We research on the probability prediction on the basis of deterministic flow prediction. By analyzing aircrafts’ experienced flight time distribution, giving experienced distribution function and computing method. The data analysis shows that the accuracy rate increased by 22%.

Abstract: A new algorithm for TSP which is an improved ACO combined with MMAS and CSDT is proposed. MMAS can prevent the search from local optimum and search stagnation. We use candidate set strategy based on the Delaunay triangle (CSDT) in order to reduce serch space and accelerate the speed of the algorithm. Additionally, pheromone update and parameter optimization are detailed in this paper. The comparison analysis of the new algorithm, basic ant colony algorithm and MMAS algorithm is also given by using TSPLIB experimental data. Finally, we give an actual TSP case and compute the optimum solution by our new algorithm. The results show that the new algorithm is validity and effectively.

Abstract: The paper gives a pattern classification method based on gravity to binary classification problem. The linear classification boundary is computed by regression of some data, which are equilibrium of binary classes according to similar gravity defined in the paper. The method has advantages of computing simply and consuming less time. An example is given, and the result shows the effectiveness of the method.

Abstract: In order to solve fish classification problems based on acoustic scattering data, temporal centroid (TC) features and discrete cosine transform (DCT) coefficients features used to analyze acoustic scattering characteristics of fish from different aspects are extracted. The extracted features of fish are reduced in dimension and fused, and support vector machine (SVM) classifier is used to classify and identify the fishes. Three kinds of different fishes are selected as research objects in this paper, the correct identification rates are given based on temporal centroid features and discrete cosine transform coefficients features and fused features. The processing results of actual experimental data show that multi-feature fusion method can improve the identification rate at about 5% effectively.

Abstract: Effectiveness requirements for C4ISR system is difficult to capture and model, due to the fact that the effectiveness requirements may contain certain and uncertain requirements concepts. To solve the problem, the paper suggests a capability meta model which can define both functional and effectiveness features of the requirements. The UML modeling paradigm is extended by introducing fuzzy modeling constructs so as to describe fuzzy concepts of the effectiveness requirements. An Effectiveness Evaluation Function (EEF) based on Bézier curves is introduced to predict the effectiveness of systems. Compared with the existing requirements modeling approaches, the method enables an integrated analysis framework of functional and effectiveness requirements.

Abstract: A aircraft parking position assignment problem is a complex optimization problem with many constrains. In this paper, an assignment model is built with the consideration of constrain treatment. A 2 neighborhood particle swarm optimizer is adopted. The numerical experiment results demonstrate the effectiveness of proposed model and optimization strategy.

Abstract: Personalized recommendation offers a new way to solve the problem of information overload. In order to effectively build user model and improve the effect of personalized recommendation, this paper proposes a novel model for mining contextual information of non-structure text, and insects the contextual information into user model, which enriches user model. The experiment results shown that the model can greatly improve the recommendation performance when the model is applied to contextual data of the recommender system in hotel.

Abstract: The effect of refuge used by prey has a stabilizing impact on population dynamics and the effect of time delay has its destabilizing influences. Little attention has been paid to the combined effects of prey refuge and time delay on the dynamic consequences of the predator-prey interaction. Here, a predator-prey model with a class of functional responses was studied by using the analytical approach. The refuge is considered as protecting a constant proportion of prey and the discrete time delay is the gestation period. We evaluated both effects with regard to the local stability of the interior equilibrium point of the considered model. The results showed that the effect of prey refuge has stronger influences than that of time delay on the considered model when the time lag is smaller than the threshold. However, if the time lag is larger than the threshold, the effect of time delay has stronger influences than that of refuge used by prey.

Abstract: Hyperspectral unmixing (HSU) plays an important role in hyperspectral image analysis, and most of the current HSU algorithms are base on linear mixing model (LMM). This paper gives a review of two linear HSU methods that have been drawn great attention recently: one is constrained nonnegative matrix factorization (CNMF) based method, the other is constrained sparse regression (CSR) based method. We carried on the systematic summary to these two types of methods, based on which, we point out some potential research topics.

Abstract: In this paper, a stochastic model with a saturation infection rate representing HIV internal virus dynamics is investigated. We prove that the model exists non-negative solutions. Then we analyse the asymptotic behavior of the model. Finally, numerical simulations are presented to illustrate our mathematical findings.
