Abstract: In response to this phenomenon that many construction projects failed much earlier than their expected service life ,or failed to accomplish their expected functions caused by the reinforeed conerete structure are found to be suffering from deterioratioon of structural performance and degradation of safety,due to the deficiency of concrete durability. From the perspective of what effect of economic that has been taken by the concrete durability,so the method what would been used to analyze economic of construction project was proposed ,and the objective function of economic analysis of construction project was created based on the concrete durability,all of the above work will lay a solid foundation to study the reliability design of construction project and economic analysis.

Abstract: Concrete mixing station location occupies a very important position in the supply chain of the commercial concrete, location not only affects the cost, but the level of quality of concrete delivery service. In view of the traditonal location model only pursuing the cost minimization and neglecting serive level, the reliability is introduced into location model as a standard of concrete delivery service, to establish a multi-objective model which uses the cost minimization and reliability maximization as the objective function. Finally, the effectiveness of the model was confirmed by a numerical example.

Abstract: In this paper, the background and the concept of two-layer porous asphalt are firstly introduced. The development of two-layer porous asphalt is stated. The properties of asphalt binder and aggregates, mixture design methods and construction technology are then analyzed. In addition, the typical structure and noise reducing property in different countries are also discussed. This study provides technical support and information for developing two-layer porous asphalt in China.

Abstract: Overpass is the important part of urban transportation infrastructure. This paper adopts finite element method to carry out three-dimensional finite element simulation analysis for Longhai railway separate overpass. Researching variation law of the overpass’s stress and displacement in construction process and operating process. Analysis results show that, structure of Longhai railway separate overpass is reasonable, force of overpass structure is explicit, it meets the requirements for engineering.

Abstract: Through this research, the design dynamic similitude relations, model material, model of soil box, loading system, measurement system of "Y" type and numerical simulation of the realization of the dynamic model test, the finite element will be prepared for the shaking table model test study on the mechanical response of ground fissures under strong earthquake.

Abstract: For the study of irregular plane adverse impacts on the bottom frame structure seismic performance, in this paper, a serious damaged bottom frame structure in Wenchuan earthquake is taken as the research object,and a comparative calculation model is designed and elasto-plastic time-history analysis is carried out on the use of ABAQUS finite element software. The calculation results show that: the stiffness center of floor with irregular plane does not coincide with the center of mass, this eccentricity will produce torsional response under horizontal earthquake action. Bottom frame shear layer has strong stiffness at the center, around the lack of lateral load resisting member will cause interlayer torsional rigidity insufficient, further increasing the torsional response of structures, aggravated the damage. The lateral stiffness ratio under the same conditions,the design method of the contrast model is more reasonable, and has lighter damage under the the same intensity grade, improve the seismic capability of the structure, and provides the ideas of design method of this kind of structure.

Abstract: Measured values of alignment deviate significantly from the predicted ones partially of a cable-stayed bridge before closure. The root-cause was analyzed and a correction program was proposed in this paper. Unreliable anchoring and instable deformation of hanging basket resulted from the difference between hanging basket structure and construction requirements are the main cause. It is difficult to adjust cable force under cantilever state and it is feasible to adjust cable force and height after the bridge is setup.

Abstract: The power saving and energy-saving control plays a crucial role in green building design. An intelligent electricity and heat saving control method is proposed based on PID control optimization control, this algorithm is applied in the design of green building, the collection of data is taken with feedback processing, the design method of energy saving and heat savingcontrol unit is presented in intelligent building, it provides the accurate basis for energy-saving and heat saving cycle control optimization design. The application of energy circulation control in design of green buildings is realized. The four layers real building is taken as the subjects in the experiment, the experimental results show that, the controller is applied in energy saving control of green building, it can effectively improve the control accuracy.

Abstract: Based on the housing holding cost model, this paper obtains the causes of real estate price expectations, and analyzes the four factors which affects real estate price expectations from the theory: the supply side, demand side, the local government and some main monetary policy variables. Combined with the actual situation in Chinese real estate market this paper puts forward the corresponding hypothesis. The empirical results show that the main source of housing prices driving force is the demand side, while the impact of local government on prices is not obvious; the effect of supply side and monetary policy on house prices is relatively small. The nominal interest rate has no significant effect on prices, and the real interest rate has more obvious effect. Based on the empirical conclusions, this paper puts forward the corresponding policy suggestion of houses prices expectation management.
