Abstract: It analyzes that innovation is the main factor in the development of indoor spatial curved surface from a scientific perspective. The factors composing indoor spatial curved surface are developing and changing, including various sources, shapes, ratio, materials and so on, thus laying the foundation for the design of innovative indoor curved surface. The uniqueness of indoor spatial design will become the core value of social development in the 21st century. People are becoming bored and dissatisfied about the similar, boring and unchanged indoor space. They all hope that designers can create diverse and various styles of indoor space on the prerequisite of comfortable life so as to satisfy their changing demands on materials and aesthetical perceptions as well as adapt to the development of the times.

Abstract: It is presented that the nonlinear aeroelastic effect is considered for the dynamic response analysis of large scale horizontal wind turbine. The blade of wind turbine is built by composite laminate model using the finite element method. The unsteady aerodynamic loads are predicted with prescribed vortex wake method, which considers the aerodynamic-structural coupling effects. The aerodynamic loads are applied to the blade structure model, and the nonlinear dynamic aeroelastic equations are established. The equations are linearized and the blade modes are obtained at the static equilibrium position, thus the dynamic responses of a blade are calculated using the modal method. The results show that the geometry nonlinearity reduces the vibration amplitudes of the blade.

Abstract: In order to improve the dispersity of true particles in the process of ceramic dry granulation, by adding a sprayer in the upper of granulation chamber to make water spray into droplets, which greatly increases the contact area of liquid water and powder. The atomization flow field of plain-orifice-nozzle, pressure-swirl-nozzle, air-blast-nozzle, effervescent-nozzle with 1mm nozzle diameter is simulated based on the DPM model, obtaining the droplet size distribution cloud picture and atomization flow field simulative cloud picture of four kinds of nozzle. The simulation results show that the average droplet size of pressure-swirl-nozzle is the minimum and the disperisity of atomization flow field of air-blast-nozzle, effervescent-nozzle, pressure-swirl-nozzle, plain-orifice-nozzle increases in turn. In terms of the average droplet size and the dispersity of atomization flow field, the droplet dispersity of pressure-swirl-nozzle is better and the average droplet size is the minimum, which is most beneficial to solve the problem of fully dispersity of really particle. Therefore, pressure-swirl-nozzle is best fit for the spray device of ceramic dry granulation.

Abstract: The worktable and the mainframe of the flipping horizontal machining center can be separated. The performance of the mainframe largely determines the machining performance of the whole machine. The deformation of mainframe under the application of certain forces demonstrates its static characteristics, which helps to find the vulnerable points for improvements. This paper mainly discusses the modeling of ball screw interfaces by taking into account the interface modeling. Abstract: This paper intends to use Gambit software to set up different mathematical models for the finned heat pipe, separately from the perspectives of three-dimensional, steady-state, natural and mixed convection. And then, it also uses Fluent software to do numerical simulation on the influence of different fin spacing, fin height and fin angle under the conditions of natural convection and different horizontal wind speed on heat transfer performance of fin under the conditions of mixed convection. The results show that, under the condition of natural convection, increasing the fin spacing, fin height and fin angle with the horizontal angle can improve the heat transfer performance of finned heat pipe; Under the condition of mixed convection, with the increase of horizontal wind speed, on which the horizontal wind speed has a greater influence, the heat transfer rate and heat transfer coefficient of fin present approximately linear increase.

Abstract: We get the load and the work stress of aircraft accessory gearbox shell based on every starting and flying conditions of plane. By analyzing the stress level and stress distribution of the shell ,we assessed the shell structure validity and then proposed improving method .The study shows , the strength of the bearing mounting holes and its supporting stiffeners of the shell is lower than else structure part, and the starting condition is strength weak condition of the shell, so the study results supplies a theory reference to the design and improve method of aircraft accessory gearbox shell structure.

Abstract: The transverse shock tester is an important device to assess the shock resistance ability of ship equipments. Because of the shock point and the gravity center of the tester are not on the same horizontal, the device may generate huge overturning moment. We adopt the finite element method to do the dynamics analysis of the transverse shock tester, using the parallelogram mechanism as its guide device, to analysis its output waveform and other problems, and find: it will appear saw-tooth acceleration waveform result from the oscillation caused by the overturning moment during the impact process; the oscillation will greatly increases the hinge load--changed following the oscillation amplitude periodically--of the parallelogram mechanism; the hinge inner friction almost has no effect on the impact tester movement or the output waveform. From the above statements, we can see that the parallelogram mechanism can not only share the overturning moment generated by the transverse impact, but also can ensure to get the desired output waveform, thus it suits to be used as the guide device of the transverse shock tester.

Abstract: Horizontal shock testing table can be used to evaluate shock resistance ability of warship equipments. Based on this theory, the level of flexible plate oriented shock testing platform is raised. Using the finite element method, the output waveform of the testing platform and the stress distribution of the flexible plate are analyzed in this paper. It can be concluded that flexible plate can be used to store elastic potential energy during the impact and have a certain impact on test waveforms. Theoretical maximum displacement of the platform body is 94mm, the calculated value is 89.5mm, decrease by 4. 8%; theoretical maximum speed of the platform body is 4m/s, the calculated value is 3.93m/s, reducing to1.75%; theoretical, the value of positive wave peak acceleration of platform body is 571m/s2, the calculated value is 532 m/s2, decrease by 6.8%; theoretical platform body negative wave peak acceleration values is 175m/s2, the calculated value of 183 m/s2, an increase of 4.6%. The research shows that flexible plate as a guide device can meet the impact test table for error waveform requirements..

Abstract: According to the mechanism of thermal system modelling method, the implanting the health factors is adopted, the steady state non-1inear performance deterioration model is founded by integrating experience performance with thermodynamics theory. Considering the low-pressure compressor suffer from fouling, the performance deterioration of gas turbine is simulated based on the temperature-control of outlet of combustion chamber. The measurement parameters of variation are obtained; the mechanism and sensitivity of the change are defined. The results illustrate that the outlet pressure of the low-pressure compressor is degenerated obviously, so can be well-monitor sensors. The deterioration of low-pressure shaft speed is strong non-1inear decreased vs. the fouling increased. Thanks to the cooling for air of outlet of low-pressure compressor by intercooler, in conjunction with the power decreased of low-pressure turbine, the temperature of outlet of low-pressure compressor is have not bad influence on the high-pressure compressor. So the temperature without severe cast down, it is not fine for health monitor.

Abstract: In order to improve the konjak planting scale and operation efficiency, the paper designed a special application of konjac seeder in conjac plantation, the konjac planter can complete ditching, land shaping, seeding, soil covering and other operations, especially solving the problem how to make the after seed sowing isometric placement in the ditch and ensure the key problem buds are inclined .In this paper, based on the UG software, completed the simulation of 3D model design for the konjac seed metering and land shaping device two working parts.
