Abstract: Based on the domestic automobile body coating technique research, key energy saving techniques in 3 aspects, i.e. painting process, painting equipment and painting management were reviewed respectively. Existing energy conservation problems in Chinese automobile body painting lines were analyzed. The key energy saving of automobile body coating was stated. It was pointed out that energy saving technique of electromechanical system is one of the most potential research direction and development prospect.

Abstract: Fixed distance triangular wheel is often mounted on a tool car and achieve up and down stairs function, but because of the different standards in the height and width of the stair steps, it is used with large vibration, and easy to lock, so difficult to promote it’s use. With studies, the paper put forward the adjustable cross wheel structure; the wheel can adjust the steps of stairs by changing the distance, and have better stability in using. Furthermore through the experiment, the paper proves the rationality of the design and finds the problem, proposes the solution method.

Abstract: The butterfly valve system is an important part of the steel heating furnace temperature control. In high temperature, the coupling effect of temperature field and stress deformation of the butterfly valve is stronger. We did not consider it in the numerical simulation research in the past, and studied the overall characteristics of butterfly valve only by 2D numerical simulation, resulting in the decrease of the numerical simulation accuracy. This paper uses the way of the FLUENT software and ANSYS software joint control, and has established the mathematical model of fluid and solid coupling effect, and has implemented the coupling effect of the temperature field and stress field of the butterfly valve system by means of three dimensional numerical simulation, then we have got the temperature distribution and stress distribution of the butterfly valve system, which provides technical reference for mechanical system design of butterfly valve.

Abstract: CNC cylindrical grinding machine reliability is an important performance indicators, the level of reliability will directly affect the use of CNC cylindrical grinding machine. Reliability of the traditional classification method is not clear, standards are not uniform, the paper application taxonomy for 12 CNC grinding machines from September 2012 to July 2014 for two years more than 600 pieces complete failure and repair data for statistical analysis to identify a greater impact on the overall reliability of the fault location and cause of the malfunction. According to the probability of occurrence of each failure mode, the severity of harm's comprehensive evaluation of the degree of fault of each site, identify the weak links of the whole system. As a result, the reliability of CNC cylindrical grinding machine will be greatly improved.

Abstract: In order to study the swirl flow characteristics in the solid fuel ramjet chamber, a new type of annular vane swirler with NACA airfoil is designed. The cold swirl flow field in the chamber is numerically simulated with different camber and t attack angle, while the swirl number , swirl flow field structure, total pressure recovery coefficient were studied. According to numerical simulation result, the main factors in swirl number are camber and angle of attack, the greater angle of attack, the greater the camber ,the stronger swirl will be. Results show that the total pressure loss is mainly concentrated in the inlet section, the total pressure loss cause by vane swirler is small. Radial velocity gradient exists in swirling flow, and increases with the swirl number. With the influence of centrifugal force and combustion chamber structure, the radial velocity gradient increases.

Abstract: Working profile of Globoidal indexing cam is a complex surface. 2D mechanical drawing is difficult to describe it clearly. With the development of computer technology, the 3D design software such as CATIA, Pro-E, Solidworks, UG/NX, the solid and surface function of them make productions more excellent. Globoidal indexing cam profile equations firstly was studied, the geometric size of the globoidal indexing cam mechanism was calculate, and then use MATLAB to calculate the globoidal indexing cam contour surface 3D coordinates of points, finally completed the three-dimensional modeling of globoidal indexing cam in CATIA.

Abstract: Because of the high speed, strong coupling between aerodynamics and propulsion system, complex environmental conditions and new propulsion system, the airbreathing hypersonic vehicles have a complex dynamics characteristic. This paper use the generic hypersonic vehicle model (CSULA-GHV) to research this issue. The nonlinear longitudinal equations of motion are linearized based on the assumption of little perturbation. Analyze the dynamic characteristic on a feature point selected. The results show that, the stability of this model is poor. It has to design an efficient controller to adjust the poor stability.

Abstract: This article reflects the influence on the limited slip differential (LSD) for the rear drive vehicle handling and stability through the process of stress analysis of automotive steering movement, where the vehicle dynamic simulation model including the LSD system is established, and it also has the analysis of the effects on the LSD for vehicle dynamics stability. Viscous Limited Slip Differential (VLSD) has influences on the motion characteristics of the vehicle in many aspects, including vertical movement and lateral movement that is most remarkable. It is obvious to improve the dynamic property and trafficability by it on the bad road for cars in longitudinal motion, but at the same time it also produce a great impact on the lateral movement characteristics of the automobile because of the unequal distribution of vehicle driving force.

Abstract: Aiming at the current situation of anchor bolt and cable arrangement in mine roadway support, the paper analysis the mechanical characteristics and mechanism of bolts and cables, and numerical simulation method is used to comparison and analysis of pre-tension distribution characteristics under different anchor bolt-cable arrangement. The research indicated that separate anchor bolt-cable layout in different sections, anchor bolt and cable force stable equilibrium, coordinate with each other, at this time roadway surrounding rock of shallow and deep pretension distribution more reasonable, can play a role of bolt anchor cable synergistic action, and form the best pre-tension load-bearing structure, which is helpful to keep the stability of coal roadway.
