Abstract: This paper uses AMESim software to establish simulation model of SGA170 mine truck full hydraulic steering system, and validates the correctness of the proposed model. Through the joint simulation, vehicle steady circular test, double lane change test and steering wheel angle input test are verified. By changing the initial alignment parameters of front axle, vehicle handling performance are tested through the same simulation test, and yaw velocity, and the curves of lateral acceleration and vehicle roll angle describing vehicle handling stability are obtained, which provides a reference for the design and improvement of the similar mine truck selection.

Abstract: Using SGA170 mine car as prototype, this paper establishes simulation model of single trailing arm suspension vehicle steering to trapezoidal mechanism using the ADAMS software, and validates the correctness of the proposed model. It can not only effectively shorten the development cycle, reduce development costs and improve the design precision of products, but also lay a solid foundation for other the simulation software.

Abstract: In order to identify the Coal-Rock interface of mechanized caving mining, a new method based on dimensionless parameters and support vector machine is proposed. Detect the acoustic pressure signal of the tail beam of the hydraulic support, extract the dimensionless parameters of acoustic pressure signal peak factor C、pulse factor I、margin factor、skewness factor P、kurtosis factor K and form factor S to construct the feature vectors , as support vector machine training samples to establish classifier for identifying the Coal-Rock interface. The experimental result shows that feature vectors constructed by the dimensionless parameters input support vector machine can automatically identify the Coal-Rock interface. It provides a new thinking and method for the study of Coal-Rock interface identification.

Abstract: In this paper, we put forward a kind of adaptive edge detection algorithm of Gabor filter for silk product broken filament image. Use different directions’ Gabor filter to respectively get the broken filament image edge information. Using the method proposed in this paper to fuse the edges adaptively obtained from different directions Gabor filter, we obtain ideal image edges, and effectively eliminate the noise, also enhance the fuzzy edges at the same time. Experimental results show that the algorithm for silk products processing is effective, and the broken filament detected is clear.

Abstract: An improved morphological edge detection algorithm for silk products jumpers and connectors’ test was proposed. With structure elements of different models, we detect the edge information in different directions of silk products respectively; using the proposed adaptive fusion method based on histogram matching, we can obtain ideal image edge, while enhance the blurred edges, and effectively eliminate the silk products inherent texture and noise, then detect the clear jumpers and connectors.

Abstract: In most applications, the permanent magnet flux linkage of interior permanent magnet synchronous motors is treated as a known constant value. However, high operation temperature, stator winding starting current impulsion, armature reaction and frequent field weakening control all may cause irreversible demagnetization of permanent magnet which has direct impacts on motor control performance. In order to implement demagnetization fault detection accurately, the nonlinear observation model is first set up allowing for the effects of magnetic saturation and cross saturation of IPMSM, and then the unscented Kalman filter (UKF) , based on dynamic data processing technology, is presented to implement flux linkage estimation and overcome the disadvantages of traditional extended Kalman filter (EKF). Finally, the simulation results are presented to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method, it is pointed that this method can estimate the permanent magnet flux linkage with the estimation error less than 3% in the full speed range of IPMSM, so it is fully competent for demagnetization fault detection, and consequently, can also prevent the deterioration of demagnetization and improve the reliability of drive system.

Abstract: Focusing on the problem about the higher dimensionality of sample set in the intrusion detection, propose an optimized method of support vector data description (SVDD) based on particle swarm optimization (PSO) and apply it to the intrusion detection of network exception. This method adopts PSO to eliminate the superfluous parameters in SVDD and carries out dimension reduction to data; then, establish the super sphere model to detect the network intrusion data and output the results of intrusion detection. Carry out the simulation experiment based on the standard detection data set of KDD CUP' 99, and the result shows that this method, comparing with the traditional SVDD, can effectively improve the detection ratio with a smaller amount of calculation.

Abstract: This paper describes the design and realization of an online measurement device used for Joint Internal Thread. The online measurement device adopts the principle that the shaft section of two dimensional tooth profile of Joint Internal Thread was obtained with the passive contact method. A novel first derivative segmentation method based on the dynamic linear regression was used to classify and identify the two-dimensional tooth profile data. The basic and derived parameter of Joint Internal Thread was then quickly calculated. The tooth height of Joint Internal Thread was used as the traceable standard to calibrate the online measurement device. The comparison between field experiment data and manually measured data shows that the online measurement device is a rational design which works stably, shortens the measurement time largely, and improves the efficiency. The measured results satisfies the accuracy requirement.

Abstract: A set of integrated system of target location and tracking and temperature wireless transmission are designed through infrared tracking, wireless frequency identification and digital temperature sensor. Hardware composition and software design approaches of the system are elaborated and the system test results are also provided.
