Abstract: Moisture measurement of grain is an important aspect of its quality indicators. In this paper, a resistive grain moisture meter device was developed and the measuring principle and adopted scheme were illustrated. The structures and work principles of the resistance-to-frequency switching circuit and the temperature compensation circuit were introduced in detail. Finally, this paper gives a brief introduction to the mechanical grain sample. The resistive grain moisture meter has the advantages of fast testing speed, high precision and low cost, it’s one of the important tools in measuring grain moisture.

Abstract: For the insufficient of the present monitoring and control system of the crane in communication mode, monitoring data and data is stored; the system of gantry crane safety monitoring and control based on S3c6410 ARM11 is designed in this paper. The Zigbee wireless networking is used to collect and deal with the distributed sensor monitoring, and it can find the problems and to control in the shortest time. To realize the "black box" record function, the SQLite3.0 embedded database is transplanted to real-time storage the Critical data. It is confirmed that the system operation is stable and reliable that can guarantee the monitoring and control system operation security and improving work efficiency, and it has a good application prospect.

Abstract: In order to improve the management of modern large library, an automatic system is needed to arrange the books. The system uses two-dimensional code recognition technology and microcontroller control technology to achieve the efficient management of library. We choose STC89C52 chip as the core controller and the scanning module in the HR-200 laser two-dimensional code scanner as the external communication port. Data is transmitted by serial communication interface between them. By scanning the two-dimensional code on the books and shelves, we can quickly find out the books in wrong position. In this way we can enhance the efficiency of books management obviously. In comparison with the experimental results, the feasibility and rationality of the design are validated as well as the practicability of the system.

Abstract: Compared to the conventional CMM(coordinate measuring machine) with three orthogonal axes, the CCMM(Cantilever CMM) researched in this paper has two axes perpendicular to each other and one rotary axis. Hence, the error parameters in CCMM are also different from the 21 items geometrical errors in CMM. The application of REVO in CCMM makes a big difference compared with the application in CMM. This paper analyzes the error items existed and needed to be calibrated in CCMM and identifies the error parameters of REVO schematically, which lays a solid foundation for further research and application of REVO in non-orthogonal CMM.

Abstract: Focused on DBBC(digital baseband converter) which is used in interferencemeasurement system, two typical digital baseband converting methods are introduced. Using parallel structure and poly-phase structure to improve the orthogonal mixing method, the method based on parallel conversion is proposed. Combining the efficient PFB(poly-phase filter bank) channelization with theflexible orthogonal mixing , the method combining PFB channelization with the orthogonal mixing is proposed. This method can realize full spectrum received.Considering the efficiency and power, the method combining PFB channelization with the orthogonal mixing is better.

Abstract: To solve the problems that resulted from using a certain filtering method alone to process the real-time data measured on aerocraft, a new method combined filter and Savitzky-Golay smoothing filter is proposed to process the real-time measuring data, which could classify and segment the measured data of aerocraft trajectory according to its priority and time domain. It could provide useful principle and control procedure of combined filters on different conditions to improve the filter efficiency, and the combined filtering results meet the needs of aerocraft real-time data processing accuracy in different measured sections.

Abstract: In order to further improve the operation reliability of substation site equipment, abnormal sound online monitoring and positioning system for substation equipment was designed. This system consists of on-site monitoring unit, system server and client three parts. Three key technologies were researched and developed: substation abnormal sound automatic identification technology, substation abnormal sound video positioning technology and substation abnormal sound message warning system technology. Abnormal sound online monitoring and positioning system for substation equipment has reasonable structure and good results.

Abstract: This paper aims at improving the design of torque sensor used in the EPS system. Such design not only integrates the torque and the corner signal, but also saves space. By using Matlab interior point method, the gear system parameters are optimized andthe weight and the size of the sensor are reduced. Bench test results demonstrate that the measurement accuracy of this self-designed sensor is able to meet the demands of EPS.

Abstract: The calibration error of a calibration machine will affect the precision of the six-axis force sensor directly. Aiming at the calibration machine with three force sources, calibration errors of the six-axis force sensor for docking system are analyzed to improve measurement precision. The loading position error and angle error of loading axis are researched on alternatively. The error in the calibration direction and the additional error in other directions are studied on. Analysis results will provide important reference for calibration of the six-axis force sensor.

Abstract: Indoor air quality has become a major concern in the past three decades due to the air-tight structure design and usage of synthetic building materials. A number of measures have been presented in order to improve the indoor air conditions via ventilation and air conditioning systems. We distinguished ourselves by adopting a self-managed plant based method in which a mini-car is used to carry vegetation to places where air conditions are poor.
