Research on Control System of Hot Molding for Bra Cups

Abstract:

Because of uneven mold heating of bra cup blanks in the traditional hot molding machines which is based on the programmable control system, the software and hardware of the control system are developed, the temperature acquisition module is optimized, the control system of host computer and slave computer is also researched, the molding processes are improved to overcome either inadequate or excessive the heating time, the effect of blank molding is promoted greatly.
