Abstract: In order to improve the accuracy, range and instantaneity of high temperature measurement, a CCD (Charge Coupled Device) image temperature measurement system was designed based on multi-sensor truncated mean weighed fusion. Firstly, CCD temperature measurement range was expanded by 6 light filters. Then 15 colorimetric-sensors calculated the surface temperature of experimental molten pool. Finally, the more accurate fusion estimate of temperature value was acquired by using truncated mean weighted factors. The experiment results demonstrate that system have faster processing speed in the measurement of 800°C. The errors were kept within ±2%. This method is effective in improvement of system accuracy and instantaneity.

Abstract: This paper presents a flaw inspection method based on eddy current effect, by comparison of environment analysis and inspection methods for the high-speed train bogie surface flaw. It designed a testing physical prototype and a reasonable control system which was based on eddy current inspection bogie surface flaw, what’s more, it made use of restraining lift-off effect in testing two times, and the result of experiment indicated that method which tested bogie surface flaw was feasible and effective by digital monitor. The method will offer a guarantee for moving of the high-speed train safely and comfortably, and establish a little base to inspect interior flaw and research farther.

Abstract: Intravenous find is very basic and complicated aspect in clinical,such as intravenous drug using,blooding,infusion,surgical treatment,other aspects all need to find vein.Currently,intravenous find equipment not only has high temperature and penetrable injuries during using,but the image is not displayed in real-time,accuracy is poor.This paper presented a real-time,high-accuracy design of intravenous find.The system used 850nm infrared light source that irradiated on the body back,and collected the body back image by CCD,analyzing and processing,ultimately realized the body back blood vessels real-time displaying.

Abstract: Step-chirped gratings is utilized to broaden the bandwidth of wavelength conversion based on single-pass/ double-pass cascaded second harmonic generation and difference frequency generation. By adding the step-chirped gratings number and optimizing the poling period, broad conversion bandwidth and flat response can be obtained simultaneously. The bandwidth of 4-cm-long waveguide with 6-section chirped gratings are 169 nm for single-pass scheme and 164 nm for the double-pass one, which are 98 nm and 101 nm larger than those of uniform gratings, respectively. Furthermore, comparison between step-chirped gratings and equal-segmented gratings is carried out.

Abstract: This paper deals with securing radioactive source by continuously monitoring system, which is made of RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) reader and tags respectively. The RFID tags that are attached to the transport packages can send information at preset interval, to reader mounted in the cargo bay of the transport vehicle. When an alarm state is encountered by any of the sensors in the tag, the location information of the item using GPS is promptly sent to the monitoring center via the GPRS network. The experiments show that the real-time tracking system is an important prerequisite for ensuring safety of radioactive source in transport.

Abstract: The proposed sleep security and energy-saving device with heart rate as the turning point of body, provides a solution for some of the problems existing in the modern family life. Such as electrical appliances may waste too much electricity, or bring safe hidden trouble. The device is originated from the medical phenomenon which is when the body is sleeping. Human heart rate will slow down to a certain extent than normal. If the heart rate has difference with the normal levels in a period of time, the device will make a judgment that disconnects the electrical appliances.

Abstract: In order to reduce error of the wheel run-out detection system, a harmonic-analysis-based detection method was proposed to enhance the precision of online detection. The moving average filtering method was used for digital filtering between the axial and radial run-out errors so that to decrease the effect of outside noise on the measured data. Practical application shows that this system works stably and reliably on the wheel detection line and it realizes 100% online detection on the axial and radial run-out of work pieces, with the measurement error lower than 0.1mm.

Abstract: In order to reduce the resistance of trimaran planing hull, referring to the resistance-reducing measures of conventional planing hull, the influnce of installing spary rail, bilge keel, hydrofoil in channel, stern flap and air injection device in channel on resistance of trimaran planing hull was tested. By the use of comparsion tests the effect of every measure was accomplished. And the practical advices for reducing resistance for trimaran planing hull were suggested.

The Design and Implementation of Moving Object Detecting Algorithm in Intelligent Video Surveillance
Abstract: In view of the problems existed in moving object detection in video surveillance system, background subtraction method is adopted and combined with Surendra algorithm for background modeling, an algorithm of detecting moving object from video is proposed, and OpenCV programming is adopted in Visual c ++ 6.0 for implementation. Experimental results indicate that the algorithm can accurately detect and identify moving object in video by reading the image sequence of surveillance video, the validity of the algorithm is verified.

Abstract: This paper proposes an intelligent system of detecting air quality based on SPCE061A. The system mainly detects the concentration of combustible gas in air through gas sensors. After a series of data analysis, air quality information will be presented on the LCD screen. At the same time, when the gas concentration exceeds a value, it can relive harm automatically and remote alarm. So that it can prevent the happening of the malignant accident.
