Abstract: This paper focuses on a intelligent performance testing system for lithium battery casting. The testing system can automatically cast the lithium battery in order to change its performances when it drops to the ground and suffers a major collision, at the same time, the testing system can test the changing performances. What is more, the paper gives the design project of the automatic casting mechanism and its optimizing method, improving PID controller, and parameters experiment method. The experimental results show that the testing system can successfully and accurately cast the lithium, it meets the technology requirements, furthermore, it can obtain the accurate testing datas

Abstract: With the improvement of people's living standards and life rhythm speeding up, the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases have become a danger to the top killer of the elderly health and longevity.This paper designed an ECG monitoring terminal of family used in telemedicine for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.The terminal adopted ADS1298 chip as collection simulation front-end, AVR as core processor ,collected the ECG signal and wireless transmission .The monitoring terminal had high common mode rejection ratio, high signal to noise ratio, low energy consumption, small volume, etc .And can real-time transfer the ECG data to the local area network through wireless transmission technology,convenient medical staff grasp patient's ECG data real-time and treatment it in time,this design meets the basic requirement of the portable monitoring.

Abstract: This paper provides a method to fuse the suggestions from multi-agents ,which stand for the physicians, the guardians and the elderly. Because the background among the agents is quite different, an extended model is proposed for the formalization of knowledge from different domain. Furthermore the reasoning rules which have the same form are also given for agents to argue. Based on the representation and reasoning rules, the monitoring task can be achieved for reasonable guidance for the elderly.

Abstract: The new-generation smart substation, which is included in the index of annually key construction project of The STATE GRID Corporation of China, featuring deep integration of primary and secondary equipment, although still in the pilot construction phase, symbolizes the future and trend of the development of smart substation.In this paper, a complete scheme of test technology and method on dynamic simulation, single device function test, abnormal SV test is presented based on the integration, on-site and substation-wide characteristics of the equipment and the unique feature of construction and commission phase of new-generation smart substation as well as the previous experience of test and operation on both smart and traditional substation.This paper concentrates on the examination method that tests the impact of abnormal SV to the protection device, enumerating all possible conditions of abnormal sampling data and corresponding test manner and methods. At last, a detailed test result on protection device from a new-generation substation that is in its final stage of commissioning is presented .

Abstract: The stability of the open-pit slope has been one of the important security issues on open-pit mining.Before damage occurs,the high and steep slope always shows the trend of slow process of displacement.Therefore,by monitoring the small displacement of the high and steep slope,we can predict its catastrophic collapse.In this paper,the monitoring system of open-pit slope based on Beidou is presented that can achieve real-time automatic monitoring of high slope.This paper introduces the data acquisition program development, data transmission program development, as well as data analysis and integrated data management.

Abstract: The paper devises a computer vision system based on virtual instruments to measure tape. The dark field illumination is chosen as Lampe-house in this system. Use Image processing technologies of Median filter, Image binarization, Template matching, Edge extraction to extract a reticle of tape. And compare it with standard tape enacted in this system to measure reticle error of the tape. Analyze various factors influencing the detection precision of the system. Tests show that the measurement results of this system are accurate, reliable and practicable.

Abstract: With the advantages of miniaturization and high reliability, Gas Insulated Substations (GIS) have been applied to power systems widely. However, GIS voltage transformers have troubles in boosting voltage in error test because of GIS’s special physical structure. A calculation model was proposed to solve the difficulty of distributed capacitances’ calculation when it adopts series resonance method in error test. By analyzing and getting the corresponding parameters of primary equipment, a GIS voltage transformer’s test connection equivalent model was built. Compared with measured value in a 500 kV GIS hydropower station, the error is below 8%. And the results confirmed that the long-distance bus and metal shell will form a large distributed capacitances which have a great impact on the error test. In this paper, the calculation model provides theoretical basis for error test. Moreover, it can be applied to field test, which will save equipment transportation costs, time and resources.

Abstract: The article presents the detection method of moment of inertia in frequency domain based on the torsion pendulum method. It analyzes the frequency spectrum distribution of pendulum motion under the condition of linear damping, establishes the relationship between peak frequency and moment of inertia; it proposes the detection method of moment of inertia based on FFT. The frequency spectrum analysis of multiple sets of simulation sequence shows that it has mapping relationship among un-damped natural vibration frequency, frequency bandwidth and damping ratio. The experiment results verify the correctness of detection method of moment of inertia based on FFT.

Abstract: Automatic detection of electrocardiogram (ECG) plays an important role in reducing pressure of nursing patients with heart disease. There have been many studies about ECG classification,which mostly based on machine learning, such as neural networks, extreme learning machine (ELM), and have reached a high accuracy. But it remains to be improved when applied in practice. In this paper, we propose a more practical method, namely the weighted ELM algorithm,which has better time performance and better generalization capability than traditional machine learning method. In particular,classification models trained by this method have better decision-boundary when faced with the imbalance ECG samples.
