Abstract: With the global air pollution and environment deterioration, asthma has become a major chronic disease threat to public health. Based on the mechanism of the etiology and diagnosis of asthma research, a digital asthma diagnostic systems has been designed by using velocity and pressure sensing technology、high-speed data acquisition and processing technology. According to the need to detect physiological parameters, have an detailed analysis and design on the choice of the system sensor amplifier and A/D converter circuit and in principle can improve the accuracy of diagnosis of asthma. The system can meet the requirements of for early diagnosis of asthma and asthma home monitoring requirements.

Abstract: Hydrometallurgy is a popular metallurgical technology. Filter press is common but vital to the production of hydrometallurgy. Hence, the process monitoring of filter press is of great significance for hydrometallurgy. Due to data analysis and related knowledge of filter press, Principal component analysis (PCA) is applied to process monitoring of the filter press via two traditional statistics. However, modeling and test data collected from actual production suffers from outliers, missing data, inconsistent sampling period between variables. Based on these practical problems, corresponding data proceeding technique is proposed. The final application simulation illustrates the validity of the proposed method.

Abstract: Flow standard device not only is the reference and transferring of flow unit value, but also is widely used as experimental device .The research and application of it is an important link in the development of flow measurement and test technology. In view of the characteristics of industrial application fields, A set of "standard and combined" water flow device is researched and designed in the paper. The device will be static weight method and the standard meter method gives reasonable collocation from system scale and uncertainty synthesis, it can realize the verification and experimental studies of various velocity type flowmeter has the characteristics of high verification efficiency, low cost and high automation. More than flow meters have been calibrated on the device. It is confirmed by the operation status and the experimental data that every technology criterion has reached the design requirements, and it proved is reasonable to the design scheme about water flow standard device of master meter and static weight method.

Abstract: In order to achieve high-speed gravure printing machine energy consumption tested and analyzed process efficiently, put forward a kind of electric energy balance test and analysis method, using power analyzer acquire and record the electric energy balance parameters of motors input ports of the three-phase power supply, and processing the data with the method of successive difference. By means of experiment, tested and analyzed the main motor energy consumption of gravure printing machine, the results verify the feasibility of electric energy balance test method and the method of successive difference.

Abstract: An autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV) should have the ability of adapting the complexity and unpredictability of the marine environment, which means that the technology of AUV’s fault diagnosis is very significant, especially the part of thrusters. In order to make it possible, one fault diagnosis strategy of AUV’s thrusters is proposed, which is based on the support vector machine (SVM). SVM has many unique advantages in solving small-sample, nonlinear and high dimensional problems. In this paper, different character signal is inputted SVM to train and test it. The simulation results show that the fault diagnosis of AUV’s thrusters based on offline SVM can classify the fault styles successfully, which proves its feasibility and effectiveness. This method offers a new way to solve the fault diagnosis of AUVs.

Abstract: On account of the dangerousness of coal mining, the remote virtual control of coal-cutting machinery is the development direction of coal mine automation, and collision detection is a crucial technology of virtual reality system. In order to solve the problems about through the wall during virtual scene walkthrough in virtual control of coal-cutting machinery, this paper has researched collision detection algorithm, according to the characteristics of coalface and virtual reality system scene, taking advantage of hierarchical bounding volumes algorithm to solve the collision detection problems of coalface in virtual reality system. And it has compiled the algorithm by applying SDK of Quest3D software. Research results show that, realization of the collision detection algorithm has solved scene roaming simulation degree and the speed of the system in coalface virtual scene walkthrough.

Abstract: The initial designed structure of the diameter measuring gauge of filter rod forming machine is too large, so that it cannot be installed in the limited space of filter rod forming machine. Because of this, the structure of the diameter measuring gauge is redesigned in order to overcome the space constraints of filter rod forming machine. Firstly, the diameter measuring gauge of KDF2、KDF3 type filter rod forming machine is redesigned by combining the advantages of the theory of inventive problem solving (TRIZ) and constraints (TOC). Next, through constraints theory, finding the main contradictions of initial design and then contradictions can be eliminated by using inventive problem solving theory. Finally, diameter measuring gauge of filter rod forming machine design should be available, and the product design successfully. It is the first time that this type diameter measuring gauge is designed and installed on the KDF2、KDF3 type filter rod forming machine successfully across the country.

Abstract: As the rapid development of network, the requirement of network measurement becomes various and the results of network measurement are applied in many fields including anomaly detection, accounting, network management etc. But the measurement resources are limit and the measurement tools or algorithms are not flexible. So how to support the diversity of network measurement requirements must be studied. With reference to the SDM, this paper proposes a novel hierarchical measurement structure including three layers and provides the network measurement reconfiguration model (NMRM).The NMRM decouples the measurement requirement from the measurement resources and supplies an ability of reconfiguration of network measurement by composing the measurement resources according to some measurement requirement dynamically. The NMRM can support flexible, dynamic and concurrent measurement in the network.

Abstract: The propagation loss of water is important in sediment acoustics and underwater acoustics. The propagation loss in water is analyzed theoretically and an in-situ acoustic instrument of Attenuation Array is used to measure attenuation of water. Based on the first arrival cycle (FAC) judgment method, point judgment based data analysis method (PJDAM) and cross correlation based data analysis method (CCDAM) have the similar results of attenuation as 20.89±4.67 dB/m and 22.43±7.37 dB/m respectively in a wide range of measurement frequency changing from 100 to 300 kHz, which is close to the theoretical calculation of 22.64 dB/m in water using the Attenuation Array. The analysis method will be useful in in-situ acoustic measurement of seafloor surficial sediment.

Abstract: Cable tension is one of the important indexes of cable integrity as well as bridge stability and can be measured by various tension measurement methods. Parallel strand cables are special in structure, so the cable force measurement is more complex and difficult than other types of cables. In order to evaluate the common measurement methods for parallel strand cables, based on the Tongling Yangtze river road-rail bridge, the monitoring data during constructions were collected for statistical analysis. This paper summarized the common measurement methods for parallel strand cables, compared the test data form different measurement methods and in different construction stages. The results show the lift-off method assisted by the vibration wire load cell method can ensure force uniformity, the difference of forces measured by the vibration frequency method, the load cell method and the lift-off method is less than 5%, which can basically meet the constructions control requirement of cable force. This paper offer good reference value to other similar parallel strand cable stayed bridges.
