Abstract: As computer vision technology been developing, while camera becomes standard configuration for personal computer (PC) and computer calculating speed becomes faster and faster, Computer vision have been more popular used in people daily life, people can use computer as an eye to see and recognize the real world, In this paper, we will present a novel electronic head mouse control system which is based on human facial feature. Our system firstly detect human face from the input image by using face features in YUV Color model, and then for face candidate, use reversed relationship information between U and V cluster of face feature to detect mouth position. Then in the detected mouth region, mouth lip region gray level is usually lower than other region but V level higher than others, so we can reversal mouth region gray level and use associated threshold method to pick up mouth region pixels. Relationship between mouth position and face region boundary can be used to confirm human head rotation angles correspond to camera, which can be used to control mouse movement in screen. Then throughing analysising mouth shape information, we can confirm mouth motion command for mouse. We have simulated our algorithm on windows XP system to evaluate the effect of our algorithm. The simulation result showed that our algorithm can represent a good effect for head mouse control system.

Abstract: The traditional incubation chamber temperature PID control system has poor stability, control precision results are poor, not adjust the PID parameters and other issues, this paper presents a way to use Darling algorithm design incubation chamber temperature controller scheme, and introduced this system controller algorithm design steps, simulation results, and conducting field experiments. Simulation results show that the practical result table control method overshoot, settling time shortened, and can effectively improve system response speed and control precision.

Abstract: Due to the non-linearity and long delay of airport pipe line refueling system, it is difficult for classical control methods to ensure stable pumping pressure and refueling flow. To improve the stability of the refueling process, the paper introduces human-simulated intelligent control (HSIC) method to the recognization of refueling status, online self-adjusting and control of refueling parameters. Simulation shows that the stability and accuracy of HSIC control methods were better than that of classical PID and fuzzy PID control.

Abstract: The working environment of mobile robot has become more and more complex. Through researching on hybrid system, this paper presents a system of autonomous obstacle avoidance for mobile robot. A series of autonomous navigation behaviors is designed individually. By using hybrid automata, these designed autonomous navigation behaviors fuse together in the autonomous obstacle avoidance system. The Matlab simulation shows that the whole system is effective and feasible.

Abstract: Because of uneven mold heating of bra cup blanks in the traditional hot molding machines which is based on the programmable control system, the software and hardware of the control system are developed, the temperature acquisition module is optimized, the control system of host computer and slave computer is also researched, the molding processes are improved to overcome either inadequate or excessive the heating time, the effect of blank molding is promoted greatly.

Abstract: Double Helix Resistor (DHR) can be used to establish AC resistance standard. Because the short-term stability of the DHR is very important during the process of quantity value dissemination, the DHR should be kept in a temperature-controlled environment. This paper presents a Fuzzy-PID temperature control method based on MSP430F149, the overshoot and adjustment time of the temperature control system can be reduced by using the Fuzzy control rules to adjust PID parameters. A special resistance box is designed to place DHR and decrease the exterior EMI effectively. At last, Fluke 8508A is used to measure the resistance of DHR. The measurement results show that the short-time relative stability of DHR is enhanced to 3×10-7 after applying the presented temperature control system.

Abstract: Based on island microgrid, using master-slave structure. VF inverter works as master, ensuring the stability of the voltage and frequency of microgird, PQ inverter works as slave, maximize the use of renewable energy sources. Design the controller for VF and PQ inverter respectively. PQ inverter use single current loop, VF inverter use voltage outer loop and current inner loop. Discuss the design of controller in detail. VF inverter and PQ inverter working in parallel in master-slave island microgrid. Simulation runs in Matlab Simulink environment, the result turns out this structure and design is workable and stable.

Abstract: With the aid of internet network, ARM controller and the software VC++, a novel experimental platform for student to do experiment was presented in this paper, which can realize real-time control and dynamic trace of the experiment process, automatic save of the experimental procedure, experiment simulation, and the on-line help. That students use this platform to do experiment can not only improve the efficiency and the success rate of the experiments, reduce the cost of the experiments and the dangers to do experiment but also optimize the experiment management and improve the teaching quality. Besides, students can also make full use of limited experimental instruments and experimental equipment to realize the share of the resources with the help of this experimental platform.

Abstract: set of shell is an important process on lithium battery production line. Research is applicable to automatic set of lithium battery shell of an organization, the installed baffle set into the very core of battery shell, do not harm the very core, set into the very core of the exposed aluminum shell of the same length. This article put forward from the aspects of kinematics and dynamics of multiple optimization objectives, work in a given space and a variety of constraint conditions, with the aid of the NSGA - II algorithm to complete set of shell machine structure parameters optimization, experiments show that the casing precision of the equipment, set of shell and the percent of pass is up to 99 above, has a certain practical significance.
