Abstract: Combined with the development status of the green building industry in our country, this paper builds the evaluation index system of green building, and explores the network relationship among the indexes by introducing the network level analysis method, obtaining the weight coefficient of the different level index. Then on the basis of the weight size of each factor it determines the influence degree of each index on green building evaluation index system and the primary factor which has a great influence on green building evaluation index system, so as to provide the basis to find out the green building evaluation index system adapting to various types.

Abstract: Constructing low carbon building is inevitable at low carbon economy era. Design is a dominating influence in building life cycle. To design low carbon buildings, this article studies some reasonable design techniques. The article analyses relevant professions of design and puts forward the main techniques and methods during building design stage for reducing carbon emission. These techniques are critical to building life cycle.

Abstract: With the energy crisis being ever increasingly serious, energy-saving buildings have become a breakthrough for the development of the construction industry. Firstly, this article analyzes the current status of building energy saving in mainland China, and elaborates the necessity of building energy saving in the viewpoint of the entire lifecycle cost by using the value engineering principle. Secondly, this article analyzes the incremental cost of energy-saving buildings and describes the components of the incremental cost. Thirdly, this article analyzes in detail the impact of the incremental cost in the construction phase of buildings by illustrating examples. Finally, this article lists measures and suggestions for cost management to achieve the optimal economic benefits for the entire lifecycle with a minimum incremental cost in the construction phase, resulting in smooth development of energy saving buildings.

Abstract: The main objective of this study is to explore prefabricated thermal insulation composite wall’s thermal performance in the project. Using infrared thermal imager and multi-point heat meter takes a test on office building envelope. The test results showed that the composite wall temperature change delay of 3 hours 12 minutes, the temperature change attenuation of 2.5 °C; The composite board exterior wall surface temperature attenuation is larger and the thermal stability of the structure is perfect; thermal bridge is the main reason for reducing the average thermal resistance of the wall.

Abstract: Energy scarcity, environmental protection and the development of economic is the inevitable issues in modern society. Take a low-carbon economy and energy conservation is the only way to coordinated between the three. Thus, To implement energy alternative strategy is imperative in Liaoning Province in terms of considering the grid smart, surplus, economy, which can guarantee the implementation of energy alternative. Therefore, in the process of implementation of energy alternative, it is necessary from the perspective of business and government to develop specifically safeguards and systems.

Abstract: With the increase of population and the acceleration of urbanization, simple function and single develop commercial real estate can't satisfy the people's city life needs for the city whose land resources are scarce. Urban form began to spread from the extensive type to intensive transition. The urban complex as city entity set variety of urban space and architectural space at a suit is a product of urban development to a certain period, and it is the necessity of the development of urban economy. This article discusses the urban complex energy saving effect from the economic benefit, environmental benefit and social benefit three through the city synthesis theory research, thus further provide theoretical and practical basis for development of urban complex.

Abstract: In this paper, an office building's indoor environmental parameters in winter are tested and its comfort and its influencing factors are analyzed. The study used a thermal comfort equipment to obtain parameters including dry bulb temperature, wet bulb temperature, black ball temperature, relative humidity and wind speed. Then these parameters are available to calculate PMV-PPD. The results showed that the range of PMV mean value is from-0.83 to 0.58 and the range of PPD mean value is from 8 % to 22 %.

Abstract: Based on the intermittent and compartmental energy consuming method of residential buildings in Hot Summer and Cold Winter Zone, a two-dimensional heat transfer model of one household flat is built for a transient study of the wall insulation effect on building energy efficiency. With the mode of compartmental energy consuming, the energy consumption of interior walls accounts for nearly 45% of the total amount, thus insulation for interior walls should be taken into more consideration as well as for exterior walls. With the intermittent energy consuming mode, exterior wall external insulation can decrease air-conditioner heating load. However, when cooling in summer nights, the temperature of wall is higher than both indoor and outdoor. External insulation hinders heat in walls from dissipating to outside, and thus there is an “anti-insulation” effect existing here. Interior insulation can effectively decrease both heating and cooling loads of air-conditioner.
