Abstract: Two kinds of friction materials in small electric car were studied by optical microscope(OM), X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscope(SEM). A sample was composed by Fe-based materials, SiO2, Al2O3 as hard phases, graphite and CaS as lubrications and carbonate and sulfate as fillers. MgO in B sample can increase its hardness, high temperature resistance and friction resistance. The lubrications of B sample consist of graphite and ZnS.

Abstract: Through methods, such as microscope analysis, mechanical analysis, chemical analysis, metallography examination etc, the causes resulting in water wall tube cracking of the supercritical boiler have been analyzed. The result indicates this water wall tube cracking is the high temperature creep fracture. The higher tensile stress, microstructure aging and high temperature strength degradation are the primarily inducement of cracking failure. In welding tube, the measures of reducing residual stress, such as lower welding heat input, reducing thickness of welding layer, assigning reasonably heat treatment power, lengthening holding time and so on, were taken. The welding repair succeeded greatly.

Abstract: By introducing a conformal mapping and applying the complex variable function method, two potential functions are determined for plane problem of two-dimensional quasicrystals with a lip-shape crack. When the height of the lip-shape crack approaches to zero, the results can be reduced to the solutions of the Griffith crack.

Abstract: We are concerned with the problem of interferometric phase estimation using multiple baselines. Simple close-form efficient expressions for computing the Cramer-Rao lower bound (CRLB) for general phase estimation problems is derived. Performance analysis of the interferometric phase estimation is carried out based on Monte Carlo simulations and CRLB calculation. We show that by utilizing the Cramer-Rao lower bound we are able to determine the combination of baselines that will enable us to achieve the most accurate estimating performance.

Abstract: Industrial textiles is designed with engineering structure textiles. Transportation textiles is one of the main types of industrial textiles. Automobile seat fabric is one of the decorative materials in automobile textile fabrics. The fabric should have soft handle, good air permeability, coordinate color, luxury and generous pattern, wear-resisting, anti-fouling, flame retardant, certain friction factor and antistatic property. In recent years, requirements for automobile textiles of safety, health, environmental protection is more and more high. In order to evaluate the automobile seat woven fabric quality, need to have a simple and effective standard. Quality indexes should be comprehensive. The test method of quality index should be operable. In the existing relevant standards, the test content is not consistent. The existing relevant standards are national standards, textile industry standards and automotive industry standards. Within textile industry standard FZ/T 24005-2010 wool textiles for chair, the technical requirements include safety specification, classification rules, physical quality rating, internal quality rating, appearance quality rating. For flame retardant performance, must meet the following requirements: damaged length ≤200mm, afterflame time ≤15s. Within national standard GB 8410-2006, flammability of automotive interior materials, for flame retardant performance, must meet the following requirements: burning rate ≤100mm/min. Within automotive industry standard QC/T 633-2009 the seats of passenger vehicles, for safety specification, seat fabric must meet the B grade in GB 18401. Based on some effective standard, established suitable standard for automobile seat woven fabric. The standard covers quality evaluation content, performance levels and the methods of test to be used to determine these performance levels.

Abstract: This paper studies the fire taking multi-layer fabric thermal protection performance of the system, respectively from the single thermal protective performance of fabric and ten kinds of multilayer composite fabric through analyzing the thermal protective performance, The following conclusions: in terms of single flame retardant fabrics, for the same fabric fiber composition, the TPP value with the thickness of the fabric, square meter weight has significant positive correlation. Experimental results show that multi-layer combination of 8 # protective performance is best, flame retardant protective performance is the most suitable for fire-fighting suits fabrics.

Abstract: It is repair and reinforcement for damaged buildings that has become the main method to save investment and to avoid waste of resources. CFRP reinforcement is one of the reinforcement methods widely applied in recent years, which has advantages such as high strength, light self weight, small thickness, and good durability, etc. In this paper a reasonable constitutive model is selected and a simulation model of CFRP reinforced concrete beam is established by using ANSYS finite element software. The influences of different CFRP layers and concrete strength to the flexural property of reinforced concrete beams is analyzed in this paper. Moreover, a comparison is made with unreinforced concrete beams. The results show that the ultimate load of the beam reinforced by CFRP has greatly improved and mid-span deflection has been limited. With increase of CFRP layers, flexural property of the reinforced beam is enhanced. Under the circumstance of same number of CFRP layer, the higher the concrete strength is the better the reinforcement effect will be.

Abstract: Water damage is a frequent major diseases existing tunnel, leakage of water in cold regions is an important factor affecting heaving rock tunnel. In this paper, the existing operators Shenyang Railway Bureau tunnel water leakage survey, exploration and measurement of disease, the degradation mechanism of water seepage analysis, watershed remediation works typical tunnel tests selected. Classification regulation for their different causes water leakage, the use of block, row, cited the comprehensive management of technology, leakage of water moving under conditions of rapid closure of the water chemical grouting materials suitable for cold regions selected Malisan various tunnels. After engineering verification, leakage of water from the tunnel to get a fundamental governance, successfully resolved the existing operational railway tunnel seepage water problems for our existing tunnel seepage water governance provide a reliable basis, has broad application value.

Abstract: In order to improve bridges durability, this paper designed a kind of bridge deck with carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) bar reinforced concrete deck, which is salt and corrosion resistant. Through model test, the relationship between load and displacement, ultimate flexural capacity, stress distribution of CFRP bars, concrete strain distribution of the new bridge deck with different CFRP ratio was investigated. New bridge decks present characteristics of partial plastic failure, has similar structure strain trends and stress distribution compared with steel reinforced concrete decks, and accord with plane section assumption. The bond force, between CFRP bar and concrete, controll the flexural capacity of new bridge decks.

Abstract: In this paper, the temperature stress of singer piece was calculated by FEM and the stress reaction of PP fiber and steel fiber was analyzed. It is knew that the fiber with lower elastic modulus and lagerer spacing can provide weaker constraints and the restriction stress of fiber concrete is smaller. The calculation result of fiber reason space between is consistent with the common value in engineering.
