Abstract: In order to control the temperature of Antiseptic Machine, the temperature control method based on fuzzy theory is presented. A program of temperature control system based on fuzzy theory is designed. The program transmits the temperature signal which is got from temperature sensor to single chip and then transmits the control signal to Digital-to-Analog Converter (DAC). The purpose is to control the corresponding solenoid valve work so that the Pakistan antiseptic machine’s temperature can be controlled.

Abstract: Nowadays, Power Dispatching System is not only facing disturbances caused by electrical data, but also facing disturbances caused by non-electrical data, such as working conditions and communication failures. Currently applied power system simulation software is either only facing monitoring personnel or only facing some application functions, without comprehensive consideration of the disturbance environment brought by the Power Dispatching System itself. This disturbance may reduce the reliability of Power Dispatching System, and even have a great impact on its reliable operation. This paper proposes a simulation system used as building disturbance environment for the test of Power Dispatching System. It proves that the established environment could effectively test a variety of functions of Power Dispatching System under the following situations, normal operation, disturbance, fault and avalanche. By applying this system, some functional and performance test that could not be done in Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) can be implemented, thus can be used to assist on Power Dispatching System’s security test.

Abstract: Power transmission line monitoring is a general appellation of automated monitoring and scientific management for power transmission line by advanced techniques, and it’s an important basis for achieving smart grid. Its data transmission system is divided into access network and data network, the access network consists of a variety of terminals, tower nodes and aggregation nodes, which includes on-site and remote networks. The application of flexible and reliable network would guarantee to achieve a high-speed, reliable and transparent data transfer between master station and terminals in the system. According to the data transmission requirements of transmission line condition monitoring system, this paper studies the communication network technologies for access network in the perspective of private and public networks, and after a comparative analysis of these technologies, it proposes a principle of how to select reasonable communication network technologies for different application scenarios.

Abstract: Along with the gradually lack of the fossil fuels, people pay more and more attention to the use of renewable energy. Distributed power supply of a large number of interconnection affects the distribution network power flow direction and size a lot. Thus, the protection setting values of the distribution network line are not accurate, which lead to the refusing action or misoperation. This article uses compensating coefficient based on the consideration of adaptive protection algorithm of distribution network protection value setting, and operate simulation. The simulation results show that this algorithm of adaptive protection is good with different distributed power grid capacity and right protection setting values.

Abstract: The key support technology of smart substation testing technology is analyzed, the concrete application of smart substation is combined with the traditional network testing, and the function of real-time network packet analysis is introduced, which has make the process of smart substation layer network test form a closed loop system, extend and improve the system of smart substation performance test. And links to the reality, to the transformer substation switchboard network storm suppression function, the time delay, lost projects and so on the frame rate to carry on the statistics, the contrast has confirmed this plan feasibility and the validity.

Abstract: Focus on the increasingly prominent problems of power quality of dedicated users, study on solving electric energy problems, especially for harmonic pollution, was essential. This paper to study the method of testing and calculating electric energy index, then designed hardware to monitor and analyze power quality measurement data. The hardware was developed base on dual DSP2812, which was very advanced digital signal processing chip, and the hardware utilized high precision instantaneous synchronous sampling chip MAX1324, extended RAM and FLASH, RS232 communication circuit, high capacity SD card storage circuit, etc. The dual DSP power quality smart meter was tested and applied in dedicated users and its reliability, practicability, availability and accuracy was authenticated. This smart meter also has advantages of easy to carry, low cost, high precision, easy to promote, etc. can effectively meet power quality management of dedicated users.

Abstract: Neural network is widely used in the load forecasting area,but the traditional methods of load forecasting usually base on static model,which cannot change as time goes on. And the accuracy is worse and worse. To solve the problem, a dynamic neural network model for load forecasting is proposed .By way of introduce Error discriminant function, to control the error of load forecasting and dynamically modify the predicting model. Through the contrast of the short-term load forecasting result based on static neural network model and dynamic neural network model proposed, the error of load forecasting is decrease effectively.

Abstract: To safeguard distributed power smoothly being sent out, the meshed power collection grids were proposed. By comparing reliability of radial and meshed grids, the capacity evaluation model for meshed power collection grids was established in terms of electricity revenue and cable costs, and the 2.5MW double-fed wind turbine’s evaluation data was divided into six levels according to 0-700 million income, and the capacity optimization algorithm was provided based on genetic algorithm, and optimal routing solutions and capacities under different income levels were proposed. The results show that 7 * 7 and 5 * 15 schemes have best income and capacity, and the effectiveness of evaluation model and optimization algorithm is proved.

Abstract: With the rise of micro-grid, renewable energy such as wind and solar power is introduced to the electric power grid, which has the random and intermittent characteristics, thus having great impact on the safety and stability for the electric power grid. This paper deeply analyzes the situation where multiple micro-grids are connected to power grid and establishes a scheme of joint scheduling model for micro-grids and distribution network, which considers network loss, load fluctuation and operation economy. Then a combined bi-level optimization algorithm is introduced to solve this model. The simulation result shows that reasonable scheduling of micro-grid and distribution network not only can smooth the load curve but also reduce network loss and achieve load shifting result.

Abstract: With the rapid development of DG, especially the access of large-scale renewable energy, traditional simple distribution network with unique source turns into ADN with multiple sources, making the distribution network more complicated. In this paper, The power source and grid planning of traditional and intelligent distribution network are discussed, based on which the problems ADN faces and the research difficulty are focused on. The key technology of ADN planning is analyzed, including the uncertainty of load forecasting, the ADN absorption capacity for DG and the cost-effectiveness of ADN planning. Some suggestions for the research direction of ADN in the future are made at the end, providing reference for the ADN planning with large-scale renewable energy access.
