Abstract: Based on the depth analysis of the related literature and the present situation of energy consumption of Beijing’s carbon emissions, through the MATLAB programming on the Lagrange interpolation algorithm, the paper predicts the carbon emissions from energy consumption in Beijing’s economic growth. According to the relevant historical and predicted data, the paper examines the process of Carbon Emission Trend of energy consumption in Beijing. The results show that: Beijing carbon emissions showed "Y=X3" type growth. Combining the current situation, the paper analyzes the results, and finally provides decision support to the government, to promote the relationship between economic growth and energy consumption of carbon emissions in Beijing city into the inverted "U" trend.

Abstract: Saving energy and resources and protecting the environment is closely related to the sustainable development of our country and the people’s happiness, so we should take on actions conscientiously, change the economic development mode, lessen the energy consumption per Gross Domestic Production, at the same time, we should conduct energy saving and environment protection propaganda, wake up the people’s consciousness, lay down applicable laws and regulations and put them into effect, then the energy & resources saving and environment goal can be achieved.

Abstract: In advocating the principle of sustainable development, urban development calls for reducing the carbon dioxide emissions to promote low carbon economy. Low-carbon design is the foundation and effective method of low-carbon economy development. By analyzing the principles of low-carbon urban development, methods of low-carbon design were discussed so as to guide people's low carbon consumption and reduce carbon footprint. Low-carbon design process was proposed at last. In this way, the development of low-carbon urban could be carried out by starting from the source.

Abstract: The shortest path problem is a typical mathematical optimization problem which often encountered in the production field and daily life. From the perspective of green transportation, in this paper, the shortest path problem in Hebei Province was put forward that applied the operations research knowledge, and solved the analysis by lingo11.0. The results showed that the shortest path is 2230.00 km that started from Shijiazhuang through each prefecture-level city, then back to Shijiazhuang. The shortest path from Shijiazhuang to Qinhuangdao is 589.00 km.

Abstract: Under the circumstance of the increasing scarcity of social energy, people pay more and more attention to environmental and ecological problems, which reflects in the product recycling or reusing in design. The traditional consumption concept of "Make the Best Use of Everything” is consistent with the idea of green design. This paper tries to explore the value of the traditional thought of thrift in the new era by example, and to provide support for the green design ideas for the future.

Abstract: Wetland is the precious wealth of human beings .The positive value of the desert began to gain social acceptance, and gradually become a new experience and spa tourism resources. Society needs an effective and systematic tourism development model .Through the field investigation and grade evaluation method, the Na Lin Tao Hai farm local in Inner Mongolia has a unique desert, wetland and oasis composite resources that belongs to the secondary tourism resources .The tourism development of Na Lin Tao Hai farm need to get rid of the traditional wetland and desert development mode, make full use of the special value of the composite resources. Abstract: This paper selects 3E system architecture of Beijing as the typical research area, analyzes and combines impacts index architecture in Beijing 3E system framework. Abstract: Using co-integration analysis, Granger causality test, and impulse response analysis in an integrated way, this paper makes empirical study of the impact on China’s carbon emission by its urban construction land expansion. The result shows that there is a long-run equilibrium relationship between carbon emission and urban construction land expansion in China, with the latter being the Granger cause of the increase in carbon emission. However, the impact process shows a lagging nature. The impact effect is not so evident in a short term, but is rather significant in a long term (five to ten years). To reduce its carbon emission, China should optimize its urban development mode and control the scale of urban development reasonably, especially focusing on the economical and intensive use of land and upgrading of industrial structure, so as to reduce energy consumption by its urban expansion, check excessive increase in carbon emission, and promote the sustainable urbanization.

Abstract: The full carbon emission is calculated by using the solar emergy as a dimension normalizing tool in this paper. Its accounts include energy consumption carbon emission, potential carbon consumption of biomass resource consumption, and potential carbon consumption of waste emission. Based on it, population carrying capacity of unit carbon emission and economic output of unit carbon emission are taken into comprehensive account to establish the carbon emission performance comprehensive indexes. Taking China’s 30 provinces as examples, the assessment results show that the Nationwide should coordinate the relationship among economic, population and carbon emission. Compared with the traditional carbon efficiency evaluation, the carbon comprehensive performance evaluation based on “full carbon emission calculation” can fairly and objectively reflect the effects from modes of both life and production on carbon emission.
