Abstract: Vehicle–to-Grid (V2G) is an essential component of smart grid for their capability of providing better ancillary services. The operation is based on monitoring the status of individual Electric Vehicle (EV) continuously and designing an incentive scheme to attract sufficient participating EVs. However, the close monitoring might raise privacy concerns from the EV owners about real identity and location leakage. Based on the fully homomorphic encryption algorithm, a privacy preserving V2G communication scheme is put forward in the paper. The proposed protocol can achieve the identity and location privacy, security requirement of confidentiality and integrity of the communications.

Abstract: Current image retrieval methods use only one kind of image features, which can not describe image content completely. In this paper, an image retrieval method based on color and texture integration is proposed. Calculation of similarity for the individual features is normalized before color feature integration. In order to improve the precision of image retrieval, a relevance feedback mechanism is invoked. The experiment results show that the proposed method has an excellent retrieval performance.

Abstract: A remote lab room monitoring system based on measuring instrument cloud is presented in this paper. The system consists of cloud computing center, embedded front-end acquisition hardware, mobile terminal device, and network equipment. Measuring service software system located in cloud computing center sends control commands to front-end acquisition hardware and collects acquisition data. Then processing, analysis and integration of signals are completed in the cloud computing framework. Finally, all the information can be interacted with mobile terminals by Web service. The system can monitor environmental parameters of lab rooms located in different campuses, such as temperature, humidity, light, smoke, and flooding. When environmental parameters exceed the preset thresholds, light and audio alarms will be immediately switched on and the administrator will be noticed on Web management page.

Abstract: This article made empirical analysis of industrial agglomeration and export based on the manufacturing panel data during 2002-2011 in Jiangsu Province. The results indicate industrial agglomeration has a negative impact on export in the 29 industries. We should distinguish between the impact of industrial agglomeration and industry dispersed on export, and study different effect on export among concentration trends of manufacturing industries. On this basis, we propose some targeted recommendations.

Abstract: According to the traditional morphological classification, the North Schisandra quality of traditional chinese medicine is divided into recommended products and non-recommended products; Discrete the chromatography data of the North Schisandra which obtained under the condition of standard test and also make the knowledge reduction. Obtaining the great peaks of linear independent vectors and obtaining every clustering centre data of North Schisandra by the fuzzy and Defuzzification methods. Make North Schisandra criterion and sample data as Normal-Weibull distribution to calculate similar. This research combines the plant morphology, chemistry, statistics and calculating technology to establish the pattern identification methods of quality and have good attempt to Chinese traditional machine quality methods. The research results provide the basis for medicine industry and manufacturing.

Abstract: This paper focus on the difficult of ingredient manufacturers in our country, based on the relevant theories of manufacturer’s procedure adaptability and brand value for client, and takes case study on Quanta Computer and draws the conclusion that ingredient manufacturer’s procedure adaptability influence three dimensions of its brand value for client differently. Then, the paper constructs the ingredient suppliers’ brand value under the impact of procedure adaptability. The conclusion offers practical propositions for ingredient suppliers in our country.

Abstract: This paper is concerned with the relationship between the industry structure and discipline structure of higher education in Fujian province of China. It draws on the data about the industry structure from the Fujian Statistical Yearbook (2005-2012) and the data about the discipline structure from Fujian Education Statistical Yearbook (1949-2012). After correlation analysis and comparison analysis between the industry structure in the GDP value and the labor in Fujian Province from 2005-2012 and the discipline structure in Fujian’s universities and colleges from2005-2012, this article concludes that the industry structure decides the discipline structure of higher education in a district and the discipline structure also affects the industry structure, and for the universities and colleges in Fujian Province, they should pay more attention to the development of engineering programs, increase the enrollment of them and relatively decrease the enrollment of the art students.

Abstract: The tradition elevator risk assessment model depends on the expert experience, which causes that the assessment process takes a long time. To deal with this problem, this paper proposes a new risk assessment model which is based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (F-AHP) and artificial neural network (ANN). This model is applied to the risk-assessment of elevators. The results show that the assessment time is shorter and the accuracy is not lower, in comparison with the traditional model.

Abstract: High-occupancy/toll (HOT) lanes have emerged as an increasingly popular form of lane management strategy. A realistic cellular automaton model is constructed to analyze the prerequisite for converting HOV lane to HOT lane in various circumstances. Our observation suggests that HOT lane performs as well as or better than an HOV lane in all circumstances. Also, there is a threshold in terms of HOV inflow probability, beyond which the HOV lane can be fully utilized and actually performs as well as the HOT lane and this threshold has much to do with the maximum inflow probability in free-flow state.
