Abstract: To improve effectively the performance on speech emotion recognition, it is needed to perform nonlinear dimensionality reduction for speech feature data lying on a nonlinear manifold embedded in high-dimensional acoustic space. This paper proposes an improved SLLE algorithm, which enhances the discriminating power of low-dimensional embedded data and possesses the optimal generalization ability. The proposed algorithm is used to conduct nonlinear dimensionality reduction for 48-dimensional speech emotional feature data including prosody so as to recognize three emotions including anger, joy and neutral. Experimental results on the natural speech emotional database demonstrate that the proposed algorithm obtains the highest accuracy of 90.97% with only less 9 embedded features, making 11.64% improvement over SLLE algorithm.

Abstract: In the existing digital TV platform based on direct broadcast satellite, using the idle repeater resources, digital TV intelligent operating system and the core technology of middleware can present multiple functions such as broadcast TV, cable TV network etc. in one terminal without increasing the cost of existing satellite receiving terminal, realizing a variety of digital service like satellite TV channels, local channels, movies pushing Well-being community, health care, culture sharing, government affairs openness, television, newspapers and magazines. Abstract: In this paper, to meet the security need of electronic records under the digital office environment, technological requirement of the security of electronic records is analyzed, and the security model of electronic records based on IPSec protocol is designed and tested under Windows 2000 Server system. As is showed in the test result, this model can secure the electronic records based on digital office environment.

Abstract: This paper develops an improved hybrid optimization algorithm based on particle swarm optimization (PSO) and a genetic algorithm (GA). First, the population is evolved over a certain number of generations by PSO and the best M particles are retained, with the remaining particles excluded. Second, new individuals are generated by implementing selection, crossover and mutation GA operators for the best M particles. Finally, the new individuals are combined with the best M particles to form new a population for the next generation. The algorithm can exchange information several times during evolution so that the complement of two algorithms can be more fully exploited. The proposed method is applied to fifteen benchmark optimization problems and the results obtained show an improvement over published methods. The impact of M on algorithm performance is also discussed.

Digital Signal Modulation with Recognition Algorithm to Identify the Ability to Optimize the Wavelet
Abstract: Large errors in the digital signal modulation recognition algorithm for the general wavelet transform, we propose a discrete optimization algorithm based on wavelet transform, which is generally improved algorithm based on wavelet transform algorithm, the original algorithm in order to avoid redundancy Yu phenomenon, discrete variable domain transform operation, the wavelet transform and then use the algorithm to improve the amplitude modulation of digital signals, quadrature amplitude modulated signal, a digital frequency-modulated signal and the digital phase modulated signal is identified. Simulation results show that the discrete wavelet transform algorithm optimization wavelet transform algorithm than the digital signal modulation recognition applications to identify errors in the proposed smaller, more accuracy.

Abstract: An objective measurement to evaluate sleep-wake state was studied based on the hidden information among ECG and pulse signals that might offer insights into the nature of sleep. Pulse transit time (PTT) and Wavelet entropy (WE) were computed for twenty sets data which come from self-designed experiments to distinguish the two different states of mental. A significant increase of PTT and decrease of WE ware correlated with the state of drowsiness, and both feature t-test results were p<0.01, thus showing that these features have significant differences between awake and sleepy state. Furthermore, the two characteristics can be recommended as objective indicators for distinguishing the human mental states.
